this is my regular mcdonalds but after this interaction it may not be anymore. I went to the mcdonalds at 4 pm on novemeber 18 2025 (302 S Friendswood Dr, Friendswood, TX 77546), and ordered a double quarter pounder, and 2 medium dr peppers. now me and my partner come here all the time and have developed a friendly relationship with I believe one of the managers. he has glasses and curly ginger hair. ( unfortunately I can’t remember the names of the workers I interacted with) when we got to the first window he opened and said ‘ah the dynamic duo’ we laughed and smiled and then continued to the second window where the problem started. a Hispanic woman i believe, she wore a dark blue shirt and was older. she gave us our drinks and asked us to pull up to the third window. I asked why did we need to pull up if we were the only people in line. she kind of just looked at me and then said ‘well it’s a 2 minutes wait’ and I said ‘ok I can sit here for 2 minutes, there’s no one behind me.’ I understand where I may have come off rude, but I didn’t understand why she was trying to move me with me being the only person there. after a think 1 minute she tosses me the bag and says ‘thank you for moving’. now I work in fast food and even if the customer had to wait 2 minutes I would not park them let alone say something as nasty as that. ‘thank you for moving’? I had to ask my partner to clarify what she had said because I was baffled she would openly said that. it’s clear she needs to be retrained on how to treat customers and hospitality. I truly hope some form of action is taken as this was extremely disrespectful.

When a trip to Mc Donald’s take over an hour for Togo we have a problem!!!! In this locations case many … The second window on your drive thru is broken and yall need to at least put a sign because a lot of us just wait and wait and wait .
You go inside and the Hispanic lady that’s is been cashier today Thursday Nov 20 for lunch has no customer service skills she called my order number dropped it and disappeared before I could even look up and ask for napkins and ketchup, I took the last kid for drinks at the front I had to wait until someone would come to the front to ask for one and then I can ask for napkins and ketchup… food took around 15 minutes wich i understand is lunch rush (but is COLD) come on fix yall issues .

so i received a complimentary guest card from the owner/operator along with a letter with the list of participating mcdonald’s that i can use this card at, so this particular location was hesitant about me using the card, they said it had to be at the location where the incident happened, but the letter clearly lists all the locations that the card can be redeemed at (this store included) both the employee and the manager were clueless like they’ve never seen a complimentary guest card before. i did end up getting my meal after telling the manager that the address on the card was the offices address, he had no other choice but to honor it. this location is terrible very bad costumer service

One of the few McDonald’s that still has a play place, food always on point, staff is friendly, service overall very good here. The manager usually makes her rounds asking people how they’re doing and for surveys with freebies. Always polite about it too.

This McDonald’s always gets my order wrong no matter what time of day I go there. Half the time they are rude. My last order was 2 days ago, I hardly ever order from here anymore. I ordered a regular double cheese burger no onions. I got a large single onion right in the middle and a single tiny pickle. The bun was hard and the burger was ice cold. I work at a restaurant myself, customer service is everything. Without customers you don’t have a job.

Workers need more education in service and understanding dry vs lain burgers. One server was nice but 2nd was not so much. Playground needs serious cleaning. Stinks very bad!

To Whom It May Concern,

I visited McDonald’s around 8 PM recently and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The manager closed the playground early, which upset my 2-year-old who wanted to play. It seemed her priority was more about cleaning up and finishing her tasks on time rather than providing good customer service. She even told the cashier in Spanish not to let anyone else in, which felt unwelcoming, especially since it wasn’t even closing time.

This behavior was frustrating, and it left a negative impression. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again.

I went today(9/07/26) for breakfast through the drive-through, the woman taking our order, just sounds miserable and rushing us; then when we get up there to pay, she just looks at us and sticks her hand out and I ask her what the total is because she did not tell me the total through the microphone and she goes I don’t know while still sticking her hand out. I told her I’m paying cash so I need to know the total, again she goes I don’t know I rang you up at the front register . I just give her 20 because I don’t know the cost of my meal and she just walks away. Like how do you not know the total when you just rang me up and just demand money without telling me how much it is. I tried to call the complainant number on the window but of course its mailbox is full. Not surprised by that. I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different McDonalds.

Clean decor, and an always appricated smile on customer service.

I always love to note that I encourage all fast food places to include the water separate fountain, as it’s much better.
