I ordered a Crepe combo. This was a delivery therefore I’m unable to give a rating of service and atmosphere. However, my expectation of the quality of my meal and what I received were two different things. The food was basically two scrambled eggs smushed together and some strawberries sprinkled around the plastic ware. I’m uncertain if my dine-in service would have been any different or if the fact this was a delivery contributed to the quality of food but this is AWEFUL!

Not so much the fault of the waitress we had, but when bringing the order we had to put everything on the pancakes ourself. When placing the order, it was for original stack of 5 pancakes adding the cinnamon roll filling and icing. It was brought to the table in individual cups to add ourselves which has never happened and the waitress acted as this was normal. Probably not the best to keep up returning to this particular Ihop.

We visit IHOP bi-weekly, and our servers are always friendly, kind, and attentive. The staff consistently makes us feel welcome and ensures everyone is well taken care of. Super chill place, went for lunch and it wasnt busy at all, only business i’ve been in since october that isnt playing christmas music and i Love that for it.
Shianne was an absolute delight, very attentive, and very helpful when i was waffling over what to order.
Devoured my burger so fast it was gone by the time Shianne came back to check on how the food tasted. The patty was fully cooked, and the fries were nice and salty. ^_^

Food was great, enough for take-away for later.
Seating was quick, coffee was quick, hot, and a full carafe.
Waitress was competent and polite.
Cleanliness was OK.
Other than post-Covid prices, not sure what I might negatively comment about,

Stopped at this location for “quick” breakfast on our trip cross country and while the food was what you usually expect from IHOP, the service was absolutely terrible. It took forever to get seated since no one was managing the hosting/paying station and once we finally got seated we were ignored for about 15 min while the at least 4 waiters were in the area by the beverage machine just having loud, personal conversations. The service in this location could definitely use more professionalism. While we absolutely love IHOP I would not recommend this particular location due to service!
