More expensive than it’s worth but I do like the Wicked Wings and Tenders. The staff is usually pretty nice and quick. On my last visit, I was a little disappointed when I opened my sides only to see that I was slighted some food. A quarter of my green beans AND mac-n-cheese were missing! I also didn’t get my rolls (even though I didn’t need them) but I paid for them. The meal was way too expensive to not receive it all. And who has time and energy to call or return to the restaurant .

Waited 15–20 minutes in the drive-thru with no movement, and several cars behind us left — we eventually did too. I went inside with my 7-year-old to order, and the restaurant smelled strongly like marijuana mixed with food.
We stood in line while the cashier (Tonaaya M.) kept her back to us, didn’t acknowledge us, and continued helping others while laughing/playing around. When I asked for help, she said “hold on” without even looking at me. Another employee was standing nearby and I had to ask her directly to help. Overall the service was rude, slow, and unprofessional.
I’ve filed a complaint with Golden Chick corporate about the service and the conditions in the store. Won’t be back.

Hand down the worst golden chick ever. They constantly get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. When I got back inside to get it fixed I am standing there for a least 10 min while every worker stares and walks past me like I am bothering them. The manager instead of helping me just looks at me and continues to look like she busy when she should’ve been helping me instead. After waiting for 15 min and my food being cold I was finally helped wanting to get out of there so badly I just told them to fix their mistake so I could leave. I usually have great things to say about this location in Cedar Hill, TX, but today I received horrible service through the drive thru this afternoon. The inside was supposed to be open at 10a.m. and at 12 noon the doors were locked. When I asked why? The staff had no logical answer. I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my order and drive through the DT to get the order because they never came out to give it to me. I do know that jobs are short staff, but there is always a way to properly handle every situation. If I could give zero stars I would.

I place an order online for family sized corn nuggets, family sized fried okra and single sized dirty rice. When I received my order the family sized fried okra want family sized it was in a smaller personal size container. These are my go to items when I eat at Golden Chick so I know this is incorrect. I checked my receipt to make sure it wasn’t an error on my part, it wasn’t and and called this location (of course no one answered). This is my first time ordering from this location because wherever I am in the city, I order from the location closest to me. I’m so annoyed and disappointed because fried okra is my fav comfort food.

My 89 yr old mother and myself went through the drive thru on Sept 22nd about 7pm and ordered 2 9pc wicked wings with and without spice. They were fresh and hot. The rolls are always on point. The customer service was great also.

When I went there they had closed the dining room early yet they still had someone in there eating with the doors locked. Told me I had to go through the drive-thru and I tried to explain to the person that my vehicle is over 8 feet tall. He did not seem to care if I damage my vehicle are not going through the drive-thru or their building for that matter. Went through the drive-thru and place my order for a 6-piece regular chicken strip dinner. When I got to the window to get my order I had to use the extra wide portion of the drive-thru keep from hitting the building, and when I got to the window there was about five or six workers there. When the male that was working the window notice me said something to his coworkers and all but one of the females laughed and she looked embarrassed by what was said. I did not think anything of it until I got home and I found out my chicken had been spiked with a heavy amount of that spicy seasoning that I did not ask for
