Came to this location at about 7pm on a Thursday, I order 2 cheeseburgers a peanut butter shake and a regular size Cajun fry. Upon getting my food I Immediately brought to their attention that this is not the right amount of fry’s. Not only did they use the small fry cup but they didn’t put any fry’s like normal in the bag at all which I was accustomed to at 5 guys. The girl who was deep frying responded in a disrespectful way saying that it was a regular size and she don’t make up the prices, she then said I’ll give you more fry’s to make it better, after waiting 20 mins eating my burger and still waiting for the fry’s I saw her not cooking and asked about the fry’s which she then replied “I ain’t making you nothing” and laughed. I immediately left out of frustration and disrespect and after coming to this exact location 100 of times I will never come back again. 7 dollars for not even 4 ounces of fry’s is a disgrace

We’ve never been here before and I have to say I’ve been to a lot of burger places and this place. I have many words! Delicious. Very welcoming. Filling. Juicy. Very fresh. And all around very good place to eat! A little pricey but after you see what’s on your plate you’ll understand why… thanks 5 guys!!!

Came in at 9:50 1/3/26 (10 minutes before they close) expecting the employees to hate me for my order but they treated me with a 5 star customer service and food quality experience. The store was very clean as well which adds to the experience. Will definitely patron this five guys again in the future just based off this experience. The fries were top tier!!

What an amazing experience this weekend!!! My boyfriend and I didn’t know where to eat this afternoon and we decided to go to Five Guys while we were doing some shopping in the area. It was immediately a good experience when we walked in and were personally greeted by a super friendly man who took our order accurately and patiently! The food was super hot and yummy too, and it was honestly the best burger I’ve had in a while!! It also was a relatively short wait even though the store was getting full! We will definitely be back very soon!!:)

Good burgers and fries. Service is usually good. Milk shakes are good and the bathrooms are normally clean. Only thing I wish was that the prices were a little lower, there are other places in Muskegon with just as good burgers and fries for less, they are competitive and I understand not everything can be cheap, but 1 hamburger, 1 fry and a milk shake – thats +$20, when you have a family of 4 it makes a difference.

Great place to for getting fresh burgers and fries. Prices are little expensive. However, the simple menu and fresh made food is worth it.
04-02-2018 update review. After not eating here for quite awhile, we have stopped in to eat. For not being busy, this place could use a good cleaning. The food was hot and fresh like normal and the Coca Cola Freestyle Machine is great for getting a bunch of Coca Cola products you like.

I don’t get here a lot but we grabbed lunch here and it was very good. We ordered a double cheeseburger, a singe cheeseburger, a hot dog, large fries, a milkshake, and a large pop. All good but pricey ($49.20) for three of us to eat; we ordered a large fri and there we a ton, probably should have ordered a small as it would have been enough for the three of us. Food was good and the staff was friendly.

Always a tasty burger served up here. Fries were hot and fresh. Plus this place serves great milkshakes. Only down side is that it’s so stinking expensive. My bacon cheeseburger was $8.95, and that DIDN’T come with fries (add $2.95 for small) or a drink (add another $2+)

Every table was filthy with trash and crumbs. The guy taking orders raychard was cold and rude when I asked if I could have an extra patty. Not to mention the cook rolling his eyes. Absolutely will not be back this place. Hamburger Mikey’s in spring lake and Muskegon is far superior and cheaper as well as locally owned with employees who seem to care about there customer base.

If you want a bag of frys and a bomb burger this is the place. It’s like Mr.quicks but better imo. Large verity of toppings with a large burger. This locations layout suppressing has a lot of room for guest. The food was cooked well and the customer service was great. Overall I look forward to coming back.
