Decided for a soup and sandwich night. On the way home from the mall we stopped here, the drive through was pretty busy, but went pretty quickly. Ordered the new steak and mozzarella ciabatta sandwich. It was okay.I forgot to take a photo of it. But it was well made just not to my liking. I could not remember the sandwich.I had the other night. Soup was nice and hot even after the drive home. The wife had a caesar salad and a soup.
The drive thru s a little tricky to drive through. If you have a bigger vehicle girl in front of me, in a pickup truck, had you stop and reverse several times..
The girl had at rhe pick up window was very friendly. I can’t really speak on the decor and interior of the restaurant, as we went to the drive through.So. But it is good if you’re looking for a quick bite to get away from burgers

I ordered from this store on Uber Eats. BeWARe!! Youll waste hard earned money because this store says they are not liable for the food quality or service they give to customers who order delivery. So, we ordered three bread bowls 13 each. Fruit cups 3 each. Smoothies 8 each. Totalling to almost 100 dollars (same cost as eating at Spurriers if you will) and what we recieved was disgusting. Three small cups of gross soup that might have sat our for days. Chunks of ice in these so called smoothies, which only the strawberry banana tasted okay and not watered down, and alot of the fruit is unripe. This business is terrible. The manager wont do anything about it. They said to tell Uber eats to get a refund. I did. And they refunded five dollars out of almost a hundred. Not even covering a quarter of the drivers tip… yeah oh I missed the best part of my bread bowls and bread stick… THERE WAS NO BREAD. Its like they dont even check the order, they dont

Very dry bread. The Mac and cheese sandwich was fairly good. The BBQ chicken sandwich was very good. The mac and cheese broccoli bread bowl tasted like broccoli soup more than mac and cheese. Ordered online and it was ready in less than 10 minutes at 6pm on a week night. The place was very clean and upkept.

This Panera bread is at a convenient location less than a mile away from the interstate. We like the Panera rewards that adds up to free stuff like a side chips or cookies. When parking at this location watch out for limited spots in the front, additional spots available on the side by the auto shop.

Our order taker and cashier was Christian and he was wonderful. But The French onion soup was pretty tasteless. MY friend and I both ordered cheese steak sandwiches and the bread was very chewy and tough. There was not much steak but on either sandwich but there was a big lump of chewy, tough meat which had to be cut and it still tore my bread apart.

I spoke with the manager Samuel about an issue I had with an order and the price going up after we placed the order. He blamed me and my partner and accused me of wanting to go down there because I was “confrontational”. My $30 meal went to $40 and I didn’t even really want it. On top of the 20 minute wait not cool. The cherry on top was at the end of the phone call, he slammed the phone down thinking he hung up as I heard him and the rest of the employees talking about us like were some dumb people. Learn how to hang up a phone and to help your customers without getting in you’re feelings

This was my family’s first time eating here and as those of you that follow me know, my husband and I just vent Vegan. The manager was beyond accommodating. He explained that most everything in their menu can be made the way we wanted. It was a little crowded and messy but the service and atmosphere was awesome…and the food…terrific!

Great Panera food as always. The cashier and manager were like robots. I asked if French bread could be sub’d for focaccia bread. They said no. I was told there was no way to ring it in. Any sandwich can be subbed for any type of bread including bagels. I even asked that if I ordered a bagel, can they give me focaccia bread. The answer, No. I hope they can provide better guest satisfaction for a small ask(to me) in the future.
