In the drive through, they ask you wait until given instructions to pull forward so they can show good metrics of drive through times. While doing this, there is a huge line of cars. Many leave including myself. If you pull forward anyway, your order is subject to inconsistencies and quality issues. This has to stop. Not going here again.

This Taco Bell is about as nice as you could hope. They were fully staffed, and they had two lines making food which meant that the orders in the store and the drive thru were getting made quickly. They also had a nice lady who was very attentive to the people in the store and made sure we got everything we needed quickly. Overall a great experience.

Don’t waste your time with this location Here recently the drive-through has been closed because they are worried about their drive-through time either that or they tell you not to pull up from the order window until the food is ready. This location is going downhill really fast. The people at this location act like you’re asking for the world anytime you do any kind of substitutions There is no sense of urgency at this location and half the time the food is wrong.

Hands me a bag going to tell me have a nice night then when I came back through the drive-through, MISSING HALF MY ITEMS going to tell me, I drove off without them saying anything…. Gaslighting is WILD. Maybe if the bag wasn’t halfway filled up with sauce I would’ve thought that I got my entire order when you said have a good night. Ignorant staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff on this Friday night made me feel unsafe. They were fighting, threatening to quit, fight each other, and just acting a complete mess in the building in front of customers. The younger girl was on a break probably and was too lazy to open the bathroom for me. I asked her to let me in and she said she “didn’t know the code” which is a complete lie but whatever. I was actually surprised that this store had a rating in the 3s. Staff hated each other and everyone was mad at one another. They need to let people go, hire new people, or fix something there. Miserable and terrible environment.

Service was very slow The restaurant was not that busy and we waited over 20 minutes for three orders! One of the orders was not supposed to contain jalapeno cheese and it was on there anyway! While my girlfriend and teenage son were in the restaurant ordering I was propositioned for prostitution in the parking lot twice! I would definitely not recommend going there at night and definitely not recommend bringing your children there!

Registers are unmanned with self-service kiosks only. No visible menus or prices anywhere. Staff hides in the back deep in conversation. Made a to-go order on my phone and spent ten minutes begging for my paid-for food which had been hidden in a cubby to the right of the registers, probably to keep homeless people from taking it, but I was the only customer in the restaurant. They never announced my name or had it in the designated area. I thought the person “helping me” was polite at first, but they were so distracted by the employee conversations they or the manager hid my food and had no recollection while gaslighting me, insisting that I never placed an order. Manager was rude and feigned ignorance. Laughed at me as I walked away. This location is notorious for getting orders wrong and missing items from orders, especially in the drive-through. Triple check your items and count to ensure you got what you ordered, every single time, or you will be sorry. I could probably cater a large party with all of the items they have stiffed me on over the years. Good people used to work here. Please don’t trip over the deceased junkie in the bathroom.

Customers at the counter were just standing around waiting for someone to acknowledge them all the workers just looked at them like they weren’t there. They were only worried about drive-through and that’s the sad story about Taco Bell. They usually are but I guess that’s also McDonald’s as well but that’s another story.

Ordered through app. When we got to the store, drive thru was closed, alot of waiting on the inside. My order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes after ordering, it took an additional 20 minutes. There was 6 or 7 employees working. 2-3 guys doing food, and the girls handing out food and standing around. 1 of the guys preparing the food, kept touching his glasses, and pulling up his pants and continued to touch food. While waiting , a few orders were wrong, and when confronted by customers they were given attitudes and their food thrown away. My order only had 1 item wrong, didn’t know they made a potatoe taco, lol. Everytime we go there, there is an astronomical wait time. We’ve even been told to not pull forward when ordering allowing , I don’t know, more wait time. This place has gone down hill. Doesn’t ever seem to be a manager or person in charge on site running things.
