This place is terrible! The people behind the counter take care of people who called in and already ordered and allow them to order in front of people already in line. The manager told her workers they had to get to the back of the line and make another order, they paid her no mind. This manager has no leadership skills.The batter on my chicken was crisps but the skin was raw and full of raw batter and the rice is sooo bad I think it might have cracked my back tooth it was so hard like pebbles. If my tooth is chipped, I’m sueing. I’ve been in the restaurant industry and for this corporation to let people represent them in this way, says a lot about how they feel about their customers. The money I paid for this food, I could have went to the grocery store and cooked it better. This was a waste of my time and money P.S. I haven’t at meat in over 10 years, this place made me feel so sick on the stomach, I will not be eating meat anytime soon after this experience

We ordered from the Louisiana Kitchen on Livernois through ezCater, and I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were. Even though we were outside the window to change our order, a quick phone call made all the difference. The person who answered was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, took care of updating the order, and made sure everything was still delivered on time with the additional items included.
I highly recommend this location for both food and customer service.

So rude and I understand systems go down if you only taking cash but if I place a mobile order, and the only one here no way I had to wait a half n hour and watch all the worker outside in the back huddle and smoking and apparently never started my order. If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is always so unprofessional. I ordered on doordash I ordered a regular chicken sandwich meal with Mac and cheese and fries. I got my order and the only thing in the bag was two chicken sandwiches with ghost pepper sauce. I am pregnant and I cannot eat anything spicy. So I go up to the store they made me sit in the car for 20 mins until I went to the window and they didn’t have any food and offered me a someone else’s order. They need to close this establishment this is ridiculous no accommodations or anything.

I have tried to order from this restaurant twice. I went through Popeyes website to order pick up. The first time when i got there I was told that my WHOLE order would need to be canceled because they didn’t have cheese bites… Okay just substitute them for something else.. She said NO and the manager can’t do it neither. Okay and pulled off… 2 hours later my order still hadn’t been canceled… I couldn’t get anyone on the phone and chat is useless unless you want a bot to make you a offer of a online credit to Popeyes instead of your money… After that chat is useless cause they will no longer entertain that order. Since there’s no real customer service number I had to email corporate to my money back with no apology … The second time the next day they literally closed HOURS early while 6 cars were in line.. I guess whoever was working quit and left everything on… Nobody knew what happened doordashers were waiting for orders… People didn’t know if it was just a bathroom break or what… Once again no food but this time I just took the credit cause this is clearly a normal thing and no one cares at all.

Don’t even consider getting food until the employees decide to open at basically their own discretion. Also even though I observed people in the restaurant, no one cared enough to convey to me what time The place would open.i just wasted time at the drive through after trying both doors. Terrible just a waste of time!!!

I love Popeyes but I get off work late so on my way home, I’ll DoorDash some food so by the time I get home, my food will be close by. Everytime I try to order DoorDash from here, the Dasher tells me that one of your staff tells them they’re closed. You’re open til 12am, I put in my order at 10:40pm because DoorDash lets you know how long you have until you can’t order from a store anymore. This isn’t the first time this has happened with them and it probably won’t be the last but get some workers up there that actually want to work.

So today upon coming through your drive-through today, first of all, I wanna say you never have a car sitting and waiting for an order that they are blocking the driveway where you can’t get move or come up to pay for food… no common sense either… my issue is with your employee, the little thick, heavyset female, short hair has a very nasty attitude for no reason I watched her a few months ago when I had came in your store and her interaction with someone was just so nasty to the door dash person and other patrons….so today, January 2, 2026 215 to 2:20 somewhere around there I was in the driveway I came up to her window to pay for the order which was a three-piece at the window when I walked up. She opened the window very nasty verbatim… what did you have?!” And I explained what I had and when she went and retrieved my food….she says…” here!”Very nasty not to mention I did speak to the woman. I smiled at her when I got out of the car to get my food and she didn’t even speak nor smile face all frowned up rolling her eyes…The first thing she said is with an attitude “ what did you have?! I was taken a back….she’s very rude. I don’t know what the problem is with people these young people or what not but if you don’t want to work with people than you need to find another job that you can work at home maybe because this is clearly not the job for you!..no one that works as hard for their money like I do want to come and put up with people’s nasty attitudes!! I don’t live with you and I don’t sleep with you. I’m just trying to get some food. It was uncalled for her attitude. She needs to be Reprimanded It needs to be handled. This young lady has short hair with pin curls in her hair and she’s heavyset and she has long eyelashes and she’s just nasty. I don’t know how someone like. This is still working with the public with this horrible attitude!! if you don’t like the job find something else!!! Her manners were abysmal!
