With BarrelHouse Brewing Co. in Visalia, we’re taking it back to our roots. Born and raised in the Central Valley, we grew up off-roading in the country, floating down the Kings River, and cruising Mooney. The Valley is our home, so this location had to be unique. BarrelHouse Visalia is larger than our other brewery taprooms, coming in at just over 12,000 sqft, featuring two stages, a massive outdoor space with a huge patio born from the Pismo Pier, vintage pinball machines, twenty-six taps of BarrelHouse beers, and, as always, good people, good times, and great beer!

As first comment: the people are very friendly and real there. No fake. They served me a lot of tasters and found out what my favorite beers are. A brewery is usually good if their lagers are good, so I ordered a lager and it was delicious, well balanced and easy drinkable. The atmosphere is rustic and underlines the beer menu. I liked the sour beers (try the Hibiscus sour) too and must say that I even was happy with their IPA selection.

We heard they have Bingo on Thursday night so my husband & I drove up from Lemoore. I don’t think we will be returning. There was a bunch of little kids ….im talking 2-6 yrs old running around and Screaming at the top of their lungs. I was surprised that the staff just let them. I was waiting for one of them to fall and hurt themselves. The parents were just enjoying the beer and visiting. I had a screaming headache by the time we left. I know its a bar and it gets loud… but its a BAR, why would you bring your kid??

Love this place!! Awesome atmosphere!! Friendly bartenders! Upscale yet down to earth environment! Great beer! Several different types and flavors of beer! My favorite was “sunny days” ! Really comfortable place to be! The place is huge with lots of tables and a huge bar with the prices clearly displayed above the bar!! Sports on every tv not playing the same thing! Really good live music!! Over all awesome and i would recommend this place to everyone

Update 2024: HOLLY DAZE is really good and I love the cinnamon stick added! I would still like more sour beer options tho! I also don’t think kids should be allowed! LOVE these fall decorations!

Ok, so this place doesn’t serve food but they have food trucks that come by so… guess that’s ok. The beer there is great, so many options! Nice open space there. I’ll definitely go back!!

Visited this place on on my way to a family reunion and I’m from LA. I’ve been to my share amount of Brewery’s in my life, but the particular beer – Their Milkshake Peach was by far the best beer I ever tasted and they know it because they won’t even sell you a growler of it. Definitely an amazing spot.

BarrelHouse Brewing has so many delicious and unique beer and seltzer options! My friend and I each got tasting flights. Our favorite was the BarrelHouse Michelada! We also enjoyed the “beer slushie” which was a strawberry mango seltzer slushie. Our bartender was very friendly and the atmosphere was fun and lively. I tried the Sour Patch Kid seltzer (which was bright blue) and the Strawberry Lemonade seltzer (light pink), as well as a bunch of unique sour flavors.

Excellent beer and venue. They do allow you bring outside food in. Love the vibe and interior design of the place. Also they offer lots of games like cornhole, ring game and many other etc. Highly recommended!!!
