Went through the drive-through and the kid taking my order cut me off was very rude. When I got to the window he assumed I was done ordering got angry with me because I wasn’t done. The food was not made correctly , tasted horrible, and he was too cool to be an adult Did not have proper English “SUP” is not appropriate I wish I would’ve recorded very disappointed. Also my receipt says I paid in cash and I clearly did not pay cash.!!

Ordered two combos. Two drinks two breakfast items (Burrito and french toast sticks). Only one “combo” came with tater tots. Paid for two combos. Were told after going back through that everything was correct and did not get an additional tater tots.

Sometimes you just want to break away from the norm and eat something that is loaded with calories. A good old fashion 100% beef hot dog did just that which was loaded with relish, mustard and cheese. The ice cold strawberry slush was also delicious and the price point cheap. My order was taken within minutes and delivered correctly in five. The in-take person was very efficient and pleasant which made my order worth the time!

Manager looking fellow told us today that a Limeade was a Sprite with a wedge of lime and didn’t recommend any way of making it an actual limeade. I went to the website and saw many options that would’ve been awesome to know about.

I love sonic. This location gives the chain a bad name. I placed an order at the drive up, and sat there for over 30 minutes waiting, all the whole different people came after me and left before me. But the giant screen said the order was being worked on. At the 30 minute mark, the screen started over and asked me if I wanted to place an order. I walked in, and they asked what my order was, and they handed me the shakes. No apologies. No explanations as to why I waited. To their slight credit it was a very busy night, and inside it looked like the milkshake machine literally spewed itself over everything (it seemed to have exploded).
This was a couple weeks ago.
Tonight, i go again, and it’s pretty empty customers-wise. In the drive through, I waited 3-5 minutes and no one was asking for my order (note there were no other cars in the drive thru, and 2 in the stalls). The person sounded like they didn’t care about working tonight. Then I get my food and the fries are stale (like they weren’t even under a heat lamp) and the milkshake cup looks like it has a bite take off it.
I’m reheating my fries in the oven right now.

I’ve given this place multiple chances and just keep thinking “it’s just food it’s fine if it’s not right all the time” but man. I’ve not had my order right once. I’m just disappointed with the food I got today. I ordered a chicken tender dinner and what I got was so laughable. Three skinny pieces of chicken tenders and like 20 fries. Very laughable but disappointing

This place used to be excellent when they had American workers. I woukd go to any other Sonic than this one if I were you. The workers couldn’t even understand English. It took 7 minutes just to get the order through their head! Then they got the order wrong and refused to give us the correct order. They insisted they were right not us customers who put in the order. Please make sure your employees speak fluent English or maybe pay workers what they deserve so that proper English speakers are hired. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment! The fact they said they were correct over what I actually ordered and refusing to give me what I did order, just disgusting! I will never go to Sonic again… sorry but you get what dish out. I told them I would be in contact with corporate, they said go ahead we don’t care! Only thing fluent to come out their mouth. This staff is so awful, disgusting, and rude! Never again will I spend money at sonic!

Went to the Sonic ordered a classic chicken sandwich came home bit into my chicken sandwich and it was completely raw. When I called the store the person didn’t even care.

Literally went there just to get a slushi and a limeade and while the slushi was fine, the limeade was watered down, meaning all soda water. I can’t imagine there hard to make but I threw out the majority of it because it sucked so bad. It’s one of the key items Sonic advertises, I can’t imagine what everything is is like.

Oh my gosh! My grandson was hungry but! He was so impressed with how great his burger was! This is not normal conversation for him. He orders a plain cheeseburger and the hit it on the mark! As he said it “they get me!” He’s 8 years old
