I normally go to this place and yes, there’s a few times where it’s iffy but today took the cake. This is what I received when I got home from picking up my mobile order like I feel like I should’ve Paid half what is this? And no, I’m not coming back to the store. I’m already across town at home. This is ridiculous. Whatever happened to your quality products. McDonald’s you need to do better and selecting your employees. Stop hiring people that’s just there for the money and care less for your customers.

Oh my… So slow. Waited 45 mins for my food… The lobby was full after the first 3 minutes of me waiting for my food. The outside line was no better. The food was fresh and hot so I’ll give it to them for that but with the wait I wouldn’t expect anything less.

I normally go here and it’s fine but today I took a sip from my drink and something felt weird, I looked in my drink and there was a bag inside. I went back up there and was only offered a new drink. All of them were confused and didn’t know how it got there.

Everybody was friendly and accommodating , but most of the tables were dirty and two of our drinks had black specks in the ice. The soda also tasted watered down. It was just kinda gross.

I’m a regular at this location, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed a breakfast order through the mobile app well before 10:30 AM, knowing the cutoff time for breakfast service. When I arrived shortly after 10:45 AM, I was told breakfast was no longer available.
The staff member I first spoke to was polite but couldn’t help me and went to get the manager. The manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to issue a refund or take any alternative order. Her tone was scolding and completely unacceptable.
I’ve never been treated this way at this location before, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

This place has to have the worst people working here. Whenever I go here after 10 pm I ALWAYS have an issue….. from waiting at the order board for 5t min, to them acting dumb like they can’t hear, to my order being wrong or just outright cold, to them charging me wrong, etc…. Tonight I ordered a fry, drink, and nuggets. Get to the window they hadn’t put the nuggets on my order. Get my receipt…the nuggets weren’t on there but you charged me .20 for buffalo sauce??? Why, if you didn’t hear me order nuggets?? Then I ask the gentleman why and his answer was….”I didn’t do that “ I ask if he put my sauce in the bag since he charged me…deer in head light look. Then I asked for my money back….”I didn’t do it.” Then yells out…”She wants her money back. I’ll take the time to write a review every time I go and get this sorry service until something changes. I don’t know if Lisa still owns this place but if she does she really needs to check on her overnight crew. Her sales have to look bad. It really a shame I might have to start driving to Rockwall or Garland to get a quick McDonalds snack!

UPDATED REVIEW (2 years after the one above): I’m taking the rating from 2 stars to 1 star. I was at this location again 12/11/24 around 4:00-4:20 p.m. All I wanted was a plain sundae (just vanilla ice cream) and an apple pie. I ordered, pulled around, and paid for the items (almost $5.00 which is ridiculous). I got to the pickup window and was told there were NO apple pies. I asked what were the options. A gentleman said “the holiday pie”. I said “No thanks”. He then said, “Well, an apple pie will take 7 minutes to cook.” That’s very different from there being no apple pies. I agreed to wait and was asked to pull into the Reserved spot #1. 17 minutes passed, and I was still waiting. I walked in and informed staff that my ice cream had melted while waiting nearly 20 minutes for the apple pie they stated would only take 7 minutes to cook. A young man grabbed a pie and gave it to me saying “these just came out.” No apologies for wasting my time…no offers to remake my $2.19 plain sundae. ***PSA*** BE PREPARED TO HAVE TO “CARRY OUT” EVEN WHEN YOU ORDER DRIVE THRU!!! If I cannot depend on them to fix my sweet tooth, I know I cannot depend on them for anything else. I’m over it! Just throw the whole store away.

3/5/2018 update: This location takes digital payments so you can use your phone, very convenient. The service is always great when I come. I’ve been here at dinner, late night and breakfast and although different people, the service remains the same. That speaks to the owner and management.
The only thing I noticed this time is the restroom was not clean; there were paper towels on the floor and in the sink and the paper towel dispenser was not working. There was also ketch up splatter on the wall and around the ketchup dispenser area.
Otherwise, there was someone cleaning the glass.

During the summer months, we play basketball till around 10:30pm so then we all go and get ice-cream. This is where we go for ice-cream after we play! We also like going at this time because it’s not as busy. Almost every time we go, it is always busy and there is always a line.

I came in at 7 a.m. on a Saturday with a large group. The morning crew did a great job getting our orders out to us quickly. All orders were correct, hot, and fresh. I would recommend this location for a quick, tasty breakfast.

So as a REGULAR and also a Food Critic, I’ve shut down multiple Franchises and establishments over many things. We got two meals and both are messed up. No way to get a refund on the app if a mobile order? Yall seriously are horrible at doing a simple task, wait that’s why you people work at McDonalds. Forgot ketchup, forgot to take onions and pickles off and I screenshotted it where I put that for other accommodations but yall don’t bother to use your two or four eyes that yall got, God gave yall eyes so USE THEM. Once yall forgot to close the lid on my drink and spilled all over my arm and they said no refunds and didn’t bother to replace my drink. I’ll be in tomorrow to do an inspection for myself or we can have the health dept…wait already called got in touch with my contacts so yall will be graded here in the next week. Could be in a few minutes, few days hours. I want my refund please. I’m going to email corporate and I am pretty sure this one is a franchise like the other majority of them. Yall pissed off the wrong customer.
