This place is consistently the worst. I live 2 minutes away and try to avoid it at all costs. Today, I download the app to start using that and place the order not thinking that it’s going to be this Mcdonalds until after I sent and paid for the order. No worries, how badly can they screw up 2 sausage and egg biscuits?
Go through the drive through, drive to work, get to me desk, and jokes on me. Cheese on both, which isn’t part of a SAUSAGE and EGG biscuit, and NO SAUSAGE on one of them.
Tried calling several times and can’t get anyone to pick up.

It’s not very often I can go into a fast food restaurant and have a good experience with the employees at the register. A teenager named Niveaeh is a blessing. She took time to not only take my order but end our short interaction with “have a blessed day remember God loves you”. What a blessing she was for me that day as my father was hospitalized. Thank you for keeping happy faces who believe in above-higher power employees at your establishment.

Jalen is the man. Gave me lemons for my ice tea…. i had no idea mcds had lemons…. food was prepared hot and actually delicious. Top notch service from start to finish. We need more people like Jalen in the world. Polite kind and curtious. Would give him a 10 out of 10 but 5 is the highest you can rank.

I always try to come to this location since it is close & convenient but every time they disappoint me. My sausage mcmuffin this morning is so burnt & completely inedible so now I have no breakfast at work 🙁 I also added an extra picture from the last time I came here where my breakfast was burnt.

The employees at this Mcdonalds are incompetent beyond belief. I have on maybe 6 or 7 occasions over the last 2 years or so tried to order an iced coffee with cream only, no sugar. I am extraordinarily clear when I place this order. Yet for some reason, they add a disrespectful amount of sugar to my drink every single time. Regardless of my request. I think they are 1 out of 7 in making the drink correctly minus sugar. Other mcdonalds locations can achieve this very simple task, this mcdonalds cannot for some reason. Their hiring practices must be quite relaxed, as their employees cannot follow simple instructions.
You need to train your employees. If a customer requests an item with a subtraction, you have to subtract it. People have food allergies. Mcdonalds is charging more than they ever have before, yet the quality and service continues to slide dramatically.
If you have a food allergy, i would recommend staying away from this location. Not abiding by a customer’s request to subtract something is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This isn’t a one time thing, this is a sustained pattern of insubordination.

Got this MC nothing, no tomatoes, no cheese, lettuce, and mayo I paid over 16 dollars for my order, not funny to the employees doing that. Might be a good joke for them but I really want my money back

Not sure what has happened but the drive thru service is terrible. They dont take the orders by swapping lanes and the wait is crazy. They also dont have shakes most of the time.

This McDonald’s used to be so good. Ever since the recent years they have been lacking in their service completely. Since then I have been boycotting the location. They always take forever and even manage to mess up your order. Even when you show up in the morning and you’re the only one there they will take forever. I have even had hair on my food. One star. Would not recommend going to this location.

** UPDATE corporate said they have the right to up charge us without consent when they are out of stock on products——- BEWARE!!!!!! They will sneak in EXTRA COSTS like “UPCHARGING” your drink. I ordered the $5 dollar McDouble meal and was charged “extra” for a medium drink… I never asked for a medium/ I asked for a damn $5 dollar meal and nothing else. Shady. Oh and then to realize when I got home they gave me the wrong drink hahah best believe I’ll never be back

Computers go down a few times a year.
The syrup for sundaes was down.
Wanted a happy meal, each item was rang up separately.
Have ordered a small coke and was given the drink in a coffee cup.
Paid for dressing and never got it.
Was supposed to get fries in Happy Meal and didn’t get them.
