Always enjoy the southwest chicken bowl. Good service, could fill up my glass quicker but they were busy. Food was good. Not sure what was in the sweet drinks like sweet tea or the Pina smoothie but it caused me to cough a bunch afterwards. The regular tea was fine.

Black looking Pubic hair in the food. They were out of Broccoli so I kindly asked for the Mac n Cheese at no extra charge($1.99) otherwise but no that’s too much to ask. When Applebee’s is out of something this is not too much to ask after all the undercooked steaks I have had to send back here. Customer service sucks, management sucks

It was once one of my favorite restaurants in Dodge City, but currently customer service and food quality is not good. Last night was my last experience where I ordered a sirloin steak and they served me chicken. They served me dessert before lunch. Really a total disappointment. If you look closely there are tables which almost an hour dirty and nobody conditions them for the next customers. I do not recommend this restaurant

This place stinks both literally and figuratively. The inside smells like mildew and you look around and the vents are black. I wish I would have taken pictures. I only ordered a drink since I had lost my appetite but my family ordered meals. I drank my tea and the waitress walked by me 3 times and never offered a refill. Mind you there were maybe five tables occupied in the whole restaurant. I ended up canceling my order and asked for the check for the drinks. The who I believe was the manager insisted on knowing why. I explained the smell and lack of service to him and he just brought me my check. After I left, my wife who stayed inside wife a kid in the bathroom said the manager was telling the host what happened and the host began laughing. Worst Applebees I have ever been to. Corporate needs to visit this place!

I haven’t been to an Applebees in years and now I remember why. Food was terrible my fish and chips tasted like old grease and the fries were over cooked. When I asked for vinegar to try and kill the grease taste, the bar tender/food runner brought me one packet. The wait staff looked like they had crawled out of bed and came straight to work, in tshirts and blue jeans not very professional at all. The manager came by and asked how my meal was I said terrible he apologized and took only 10% off my bill. In my opinion he should have given it to me for free since I was only able to eat a few bites of the fish. Applebees come on now, do better take some pride in your job don’t just do the bare minimum and collect a check.

Friendly staff was able to get a table quickly. Playing ordinary food a little late on delivery if you are in a hurry. It could have been a little hotter but was overall good and filling.

Horrible bone in wings, they are delivered pre cooked to the restaurant, then reheated before serving the customer! Dry old ugly and hard, not tasty at all they were gross

Aaron is always out recommended waiter. Not only because he’s my husbands brother, but he always goes above and beyond. when we ask for a surprise drink, alcoholic or not, always comes back with a bangin drink. The other waiters and waitresses have been getting better over the years as well!

Walked in to a host on their phone. Waited while server chatted with other table. Watched another table leave the section and sit in the bar area to get service. Finally got order placed. I ordered an appetizer as a meal and got it almost immediately. 40 minutes later still waiting on my spouses burger and my toddlers Mac and cheese. Left cash on the table to cover my food and went to McDonald’s. Didn’t seem like anyone in the restaurant was working and were instead just at work. Very disappointed
