Second best ice cream ever. (The strawberry cheesecake). Was delicioussssss. I ordered a spicy ️ chicken sandwich, was delicious, also a lemonade that was awesome because it was low sugar. The space is spacious in & out, a lot of parking space, the staff is fast. And the prices are very good. So definitely coming again and recommend to my friends

I just went here for the first time this evening and let me tell you what a positive and pleasant experience I had. The minute I walked in the atmosphere was so beautiful, clean and the workers were friendly. They had smiles on their faces and were so polite. Hailey and Victor both answered questions for me about food and working the self checkout screen and were both so extremely helpful and polite all while doing it with big smiles on their faces. While I waited for my food I observed how polite and friendly they were to other customers as well. Their customer service was superior! I asked to speak to the manager, Sienna, who came out right away and I told her I wanted to acknowledge their exceptional customer service and how shocked I was because most places now a days have employees that don’t even want to answer questions much less do it so thoroughly and in a friendly manner. Sienna thanked me for acknowledging them and also affirmed that they were great employees and she was very pleasant as well! I told her that my experience this evening will most definitely prompt me to return and I will encourage my friends and family to come here as well. The food was amazing and you can customize it how you want and the space is very aesthetic and very clean!!!’ 5 starts! You won’t regret going here!

Great atmosphere, great staff and quick high quality service. Outdoor seating was nice and clean, and condiment station was well stocked. Food was excellent as well for the price of roughly $10 for a burger, I would recommend getting well done burgers it goes really well with the smash burger patties. Onion rings and bacon tots were excellent as well. Great spot.

Visited frequently due to proximity to work, today is last time. Upon entering my nose was assaulted by a pungent bleach smell. While waiting to navigate around people to pick up my root beer float the girl at the counter started heavily spraying the counters near all the pickup drinks. Too close to comfort, I actually don’t enjoy cleaning chemicals with my beverages. Thanks though. Also please look at this mediocre $7 float

This place looks like an upscale burger joint, and while the prices are reasonable for the current market. The onion rings are a highlight, and the burger has a nice charred flavor. Overall, it’s good spot. The server Sianna M. was amazing and very helpful!! Customer service like that is hard to find these days A+ for Service!!!

The burgers are unspectacular but the milkshakes are good. AND the color changing straw that comes with it is VERY spectacular. My toddler loved it.
There’s also a playground in the outdoor patio, which is nice to see for us young parents, to be able to enjoy a rare uninterrupted meal. Not many of places have them anymore.

This place is okay. As others mentioned this place is not cheap but the quality seems to be there. I did find the food to be too salty, especially the pickles that they use. Never seen a place serve 2 layers of pickles on a burger. Quite excessive if you ask me. This place is relatively new so I will give it some time before I have a more solid verdict. I do like there steakhouse so they might just need some time work out the kinks.
Update : Second visit was much better. The fries were piping hot and salted just right. Settled for a single char burger and it tasted better. The pickles seemed to be less salty so that was a plus. Also ordered the root beer float and it tasted great. Good mix of soda and ice cream. A good promo they have is $1 soft serve ice cream. I opted for the cup and it was a good amount of ice cream to share.

Finally stopped in this charburger location after driving by both of the locations in the area over the past few years.
Got the burger, a drink and the onion rings. I would have liked to try to shape that we were just coming from another location we ate at so that would have been pushing it a bit.
Burger was great and the drink was on point, but the onion rings were not the best we’ve had. They tasted like they had been frozen and thrown in the fryer. Not the worst onion rings we’ve ever had but certainly not the best by far.
This location also has a playground for children. So you can either use the table your kids work up an appetite, or work off some of the calories after they’ve had a meal here.
Overall I would definitely try this place again but wouldn’t get the onion rings instead frying one of the other sides and probably a milkshake next time.

We went to Char Burger for lunch today. We ordered two burgers one was a child’s both were the same size. They were tough, dried out, cold hockey pucks, and edible. We also ordered well-done fries. The fries were cold and soggy. They all went in the garbage. We will never eat there again. The make Mickey d’s gourmet burgers.
