Terrible customer service. I have been here both as a regular customer and as a DoorDash driver, and the experience is always the same. I have waited up to 35 minutes for an order, and the staff at the window are rude and completely dismissive. When you try to ask a simple question, they ignore you as if you do not exist.
I understand the job is stressful, but it takes no effort to say an order is not ready. Leaving people waiting without any explanation is extremely frustrating and disrespectful. Very disappointing.

Hit or miss. Waiting 30 minutes and counting for this drive-thru, app-purchased meal. That’s unacceptable to me, especially for a fast food place. Where do you order an hour ahead and are not able to pick your food up when you get there? Especially when we ordered two of the same thing and we got one in the drive thru. So either someone eats without the other or someone’s food goes cold.

I had a terrible experience at McDonald’s. The customer service was awful; the employees seemed disinterested and were not helpful at all. To make matters worse, they messed up my order and then tried to scam me out of my third McChicken! The overall quality of the food was disappointing. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Not as nice as the Baltimore Ave location but at least the staff can cook. I don’t like how this location doesn’t get more dinning room space or a MUCH needed remodel while the location with a horrible staff did. I wish the regional paid better attention to these reviews they chose the wrong location to get a little TLC.

Ordered my food on my phone and they brought it out to me in under 5 minutes and it was good and hot. The restroom was clean and overall environment is clean. The lady brought my food out then went back inside and brought me a few sauces for my food. Use the McDonald’s app and get additional deals at most McDonald’s around the world

Cashier was extremely rude! I ordered a large shake and medium fries. As I was returning to my seat with my order I took a sip of my shake and noticed I had received the wrong size (medium). I returned to the cashier with my receipt and politely said “ Sorry to bother you. I got the wrong size shake. I ordered a large” She replied “But you drank it though! DIDNT YOU!?!?” I literally took one sip… she then picked up a small trash can and slam dunked the shake like Dennis Rodman on roid rage. I simply wanted what I paid for. I can’t even imagine her behavior in an actual stressful situation.

I tried to refill my soda here and the soda machine does not work, I went to the front desk counter and asked why the soda machine was not working. They said it has not WORKED FOR YEARS!! Then I tried asking for a refill, and they said THEY DON’T DO REFILLS!! Bro what!? What kind of McDonald’s does not have a soda machine that works!? And no refills either!? I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS PLACE. This McDonald’s is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!! My ratings to this place I give is this!!
