A Frustrating Experience at Burger King (1/15/2026, 7:30 pm)*
I’m writing to share a disappointing visit to a Burger King location on January 15, 2026. The lobby was closed, even though the posted hours on the door clearly stated it should remain open until 11:00 p.m. At the time, the drive-thru was still operating, which made the situation feel even more puzzling. As a truck driver, my vehicle can’t fit through the drive-thru, so I needed to come inside. When I asked the manager why the lobby was closed, I was met with yelling instead of an explanation or any indication that work was being done inside.
This kind of treatment is not what customers expect, especially when the posted hours are not being honored.

I like burgers. I went through the drive through after one burger. I said one plain sandwich only whopper. Then, I was asked if I wanted a drink, then I was asked if I wanted fries, then and I was asked if I wanted bacon.
Or cheese i’m not even bothered with the pop, you have to each question I’d reply just the burger. I never been there before.So I pulled up to the first window which I guess was wrong, though.There’s no big arrow or sign saying next window, the poor team member had to lean way out the window to wave me up. I would have given it a 5 except the upselling was ridiculous.

All my reviews are based on kid friendliness, customer service experience, and quality.
With that in mind they have a play place that is always kept neat. We love the breakfast and lunch options.
There is a small toddler space but most of the space is for 3+. I have 4 kiddos so this does take a load off when we need to burn energy on an errand day.
Burger kings haven’t gotten with the times on self ordering machines yet however it is really nice to always have someone readily available to take your order.

Food wouldn’t be cold and service would be faster if they weren’t cheating their drive through times. Holding a cup holder out the window to reset the sensor is wrong in every aspect. You’re making the company think your better than you are and you’re making customers wait longer for their food.

The main lobby + mobile ordering has been closed due to ICE raids taking place in Burnsville in order to show solidarity (complicity) and to ‘protect’ their totally legal employees.
I already reported this location due to this inconvenience. Hoping to see a big change soon.

As far as fast food goes, this Burger King provides good service in a clean restaurant. They have an updated interior with good seating and a large play area for kids. Even the bathrooms were modern and clean.
I used an offer on the app and the man taking my order even switched out the fries for onion rings upon request.

says open 24 hours. nobody answers the speaker, drove up to the window- 4 boys in uniform, 3 of the 4 saw us sitting at the window and they all just walked away laughing pretending we weren’t there. the fourth boy walked up within a foot or two and began blowing his nose. apparently being open 24 hours doesnt mean actually working 24 hours or providing a service of any kind 24 hours besides spreading disease and illness. garbage place. get new staff. ick.

I ordered a chicken sandwich through the drive-thru and when I received the sandwich the chicken looked old so I went inside and requested a new one but was given such an attitude that it actually intimidated me I was told that there’s no way that that chicken could be sitting in there for so long because they’re too busy and they’re always pumping out the sandwiches the way this cashier spoke to me made me feel like I’m not allowed to have an opinion on what I’m seeing with my own eyes she even gave me a smirk and told me to look at the sandwich to make sure it was to my pleasing and to assure that the chicken was not old but once again the chicken just looked old and like it had been sitting there for a while when she saw that she just got frustrated at me and told me that’s just the way it is so I just decided to walk away and honestly not sure if I’ll be coming back here.

The whopper junior no is about the size of a slider you get from White Castle not to mention the buns are stale. Inside the floors are never mopped and sticky by the pop machines. I’ve been to this place for many years and it’s really went downhill
