Bad experience. I don’t usually leave bad reviews for places because I understand people have bad days but the service here on Feb 11th at 10:30-10:50 was horrible. To start off I ordered breakfast online I got 5 Hashbrowns, 6 sausage McMuffin’s before 10:30 so I could pick it up in the drive through within the hour. when we arrived to pick it up they said breakfast had ended. I asked for more clarification because I paid online through the app before so it should’ve been approved. we keep asking nicely if there was any way we could recieve or breakfast because we ordered before 10:30. We were meet with just blatant “it’s past 10:30 we cannot serve you”. so I asked if I could replace the food with the cheeseburger meal pack which is 23.49 and they said no and that was it. I am Very disappointed and the person who helped us at the counter I believe her name was Ana H. and she wasn’t rude but I wish there was more communication. I did not recieve any of the food I asked for and bought and had to pay another 20+ just to get my food in the end. Pickup through the app is supposed to be easy, seamless instead it was hard, and frustrating.

Not much to say here except that people can’t figure out where the entrance and exit are at. Use the second entry for the entrance if you are coming from denny’s. The food was excellent and the burgers looked amazing. I wish I would’ve taken a picture but my father was really hungry.

Chicken Sandwich was hugely dissappointing in portion size comparing photo on the menu and what you get. Such is always the case with food photos i understand. But the fact this sandwich cost 7$ is just ridiculous. Sent a complaint to the survey people and they said “apologies we will share this info with our stakeholders”. Just such a hige disconnect when fast-food is supposed to be driven by value, just a huge rip off. Lady in the drive thru was rude to add insilt to injury correcting me when i asked for a double burger and saying we dont have that. Oh sorry whats your double cheeseburger she got more irritated saying you mean the “mcdouble” burger in a super irritated tone. I had to apologize to her and explain im just reading off the text i got for the order. Just really offputting. Will not be coming back here.

Horrible experience. The drive thru took my entire lunch break and they took almost 30 minutes to give me my food after paying. The lady at the drive thru had her speaker turned up so loud I could hear myself talking back. Someone was just parked at the end of the drive thru blocking it. It was the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. Don’t ever go here

It’s McDonald’s. I typically go through the drive through here, and most interactions with staff are friendly. My only real complaint is that they screw up the order a third of the time, usually by shorting a sandwich or fries. I’ve never had it happen anywhere as often as it does here. It happens so often it almost feels like a business decision at this point to save money. They are usually friendly about it if I catch and am still in the area, but I almost prefer to drive across town to the other one. They have never screwed it up.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s! Their fries never seem to be fresh, they always short you on a large fries and don’t fill it up, and they screw up my burger order nearly every time I go. Tonight they even went so far as to put the Deluxe tag on my burger and then gave me a non-deluxe. Over the years this McDonald’s has probably shortchanged me hundreds of dollars by not giving me what I pay extra for and by shorting the fries. I’m absolutely done with this branch.

Excellent customer service. Good size parking lot. Drive through is very convenient in the town. Clean washroom. Pretty close to the highway. Enjoyed our early morning Breakfast.

I remember eating at this place. The interior is clean and staff are friendly. The kiosk is great. Their breakfast menu is filled with tasty options. The Big Breakfast is one of my favorites.

Needed to use the restroom while waiting for my order and they said that the women’s is out of order. A few minutes later a manager asked him to open the women’s restroom for her to use it. I almost had an accident and had to leave my food to go to jack in the box. Rude

Found tiny piece of bone in my mc double..anyone else ever bite into something hard while eating the meat at any McDonald’s? it was a tiny bone and it literally cracked my tooth !! Im done eating McDonald’s in general but this one had flies and baby flies as if their breeding them im not even being dramatic. Pretty much no service its all kiosk you might get lucky and see someone behind the counter if they dont have an attitude.
