Great local pizza place and bar. Very accessible from the Arcade and the street. I like to come here if i’m in the 4th Street or Arena area. Service is great, even during a pre-game rush. Plenty of tables and bar space. The pizza is amazing! A brick oven style pizza is what Cle was missing. Every time I’ve been here, the pizza came out perfect. Crispy and tasty; my new favorite pizza spot! They have other menu options too; wings, garlic knots, burgers, bar food. Fair prices for the area; definitely check out 216 Pizza!

I was starving and staying at The Arcade Hotel where 216 Pizza is. I called down and ordered my pizza which smelled amazing! After picking it up and getting to my room, I realized that it was burnt. I was so disappointed, but it was late and I didn’t have time to re-order. I flew out early in the AM and didn’t need leftover pizza to take with me / throw out, so I ate just the insides of the pizza. I’d recommend to check inside the to go box before leaving. It would be nice if you could assume that the one running the oven would start over if they burnt your pizza, but alas they didn’t.

Food was good and reasonably priced. Waitress was friendly. The atmosphere, imo, was a little dark and drab, but not a deterrent. There were many televisions for the sports fan. We were staying at the hotel where the restaurant is located, so I don’t know details about parking other than there was a paid parking garage on the corner. I would visit again if ever in Cleveland.

We just stopped in for a quick drink, but it smelled so good in there, we had to get a pizza. Sat at the bar, Kayla waited on us and was wonderful! Very kind! Ordered the Bianca and added pepperoni. Came to us VERY QUICKLY!!! And OMG, it was AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Great atmosphere, service and pizza! Thank you!

My family are total hard asses when it comes to pizza rooted in my wife’s hailing from New Haven CT. Both boys and my wife gave it a thumbs up. So it’s not Modern or Peppi and Sals but the crust is special! Light and airy , not doughy, not what I was expecting in Cleveland. The service was great albeit on a Monday night with not too much going on. Nice beer selection on tap. Come eat awesome pizza!

This place was a great little place to eat. The garlic knots were absolutely delicious. We had the king pizza, chicken barbecue pizza, and the chicken bacon ranch pizza, and they were all really good. The service was super fast and a great atmosphere.

The lady was very rude when I first walked in. I asked how much was a pizza and they were telling me you know that it’s $10 for a cheese and I said oh can I put pepperoni on it and then she got like smart and she was saying oh that’s a topping so it’s gonna come up to 12. I said oh I thought pepperoni came on a pizza and a nice and calm voice and then she got like loud and was been very rude saying oh if you guys not gonna order anything get out and just get a smart for no reason all because I asked about putting pepperoni on the pizza and I’m just saying you know oh I thought that may be came with a pizza, but instead of her just giving me a answer like oh no that doesn’t she got loud and smart. It was trying to be very disrespectful.

Angela was our server. She was extremely friendly and attentive. We ordered garlic knots, a small pepperoni pizza and the 216 burger. The garlic knots are the best garlic knots I have EVER had. Absolutely delicious. The pizza was perfect wood fire pizza. the crust had the perfect crunch and the ingredients were too tier. I could eat the garlic knot/pizza combo on a very regular basis. (My diet would not appreciate that though…but I could!) The burger and fries were both delicious as well. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. I cannot wait to take in their weekday happy hour specials.

Just a weird experience all around… Stopped by before a Cavs game during happy hour. Happy hour prices were not given when I paid, and each thing we ordered was burnt. My daughter ordered a Coke, and it came in a plastic bottle that expires in 5 days? I ordered a vodka soda and was asked if I wanted ice in it; it came with no straw or garnish. It was fast and a short walk to the arena, which were positives, but literally everything else was either disappointing or just surprising.
