I’m not sure who the woman at the second drive thru window is or what her problem is, but how about before getting rude with a customer, you make sure you are doing your job correctly. She tried to hand me another customers order so I held up my hand and told her it isnt my order. She then asked me if I even ordered my food to that mcdonalds cuz they didnt have it. So i said, yeah, i even have a receipt and the woman on the speaker said my name. Another woman came over and picked up my order, the bag THAT WAS SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER and had her hand it to me. Watch who you are getting an attitude with and learn how to read and do your job correctly. You have the easiest job on the planet. But to be fair, that was definitely minimum wage behavior.
Edit: also, I asked for this to be plain, made fresh, no bun, and it is cold, definitely not fresh, and they put it in a container with a bunch of lettuce. Cant even get an order correct.

My sister and I went to McDonald’s on Elida Road on January 12th at lunch time…The girl that was working the front counter is a real asset to McDonald’s…. she was friendly and made sure our fries were hot…not only ours, but I heard her tell another couple their order would be in a few minutes cause she wanted to make sure their fries were hot too. I saw her check on others as she was delivering orders to the floor… I didn’t get her name, but she was great…

The amount of incompetence it takes to give somebody barbecue sauce when the receipt says sweet-and-sour and you completely forget the big Mac, which was the first thing I ordered. Crazy how it’s every time no matter who comes, this is the 3rd time in a just 2 weeks. the morning crew does just fine while the night crew has 6 cars waiting while not giving others their orders, but the lady at the back register was very polite

Had to be pulled off to the side to wait on hash browns so their drive-thru numbers could look good, had five other cars waiting in front of me and had to wait about 10 minutes while we all sat there and watched 10 other cars go ahead of us before she brought our food out. Ridiculous. The fact that they make people pull over into spots or pull ahead to wait, so they can trick their system into thinking they are actually giving fast service and they don’t get into trouble, is BS. Any way to get around giving actual good service these days ♀️ .

Needs work on customer service including managers. Went in to pick up a mobile order and was told my phone had to be within 3 miles of the store when it was just across the parking lot. So they had me walk over the grab it and then tried to make me leave AGAIN because they tried telling me it was for grieve through and the app doesnt give codes for pickup at the counter. Even after I literally showed them on my phone even with a little counter symbol. On top the food was cold and the drinks were half full.

The drive-thru here is terrible. When you order 3 items, and it takes longer than 5 minutes for you to get your food, it’s ridiculous. A frappe, a sandwich, and an order of fries, and I sat for over 10 minutes. I would not recommend this location, ever.

Attempted to go threw the drive thru waiting for order to be taken for almost 10 min they started to take order then told us to wait and never finished. We told them we were leaving as they dealt with 1 car with multiple orders and coupons. While this happened 8 other cars drove off as well.

Me and two other cars were told to pull aside for our orders waiting almost ten minutes to get my order. While waiting, another car was told to pull aside. Service here is getting pretty bad. Employees never say sorry for your wait, or a simple have a nice day! I guess those times are long gone.
