At this location at lunch time today they wouldn’t let you just pull up to the menu to order. A person was taking your order on a tablet. The girl was so nice. Very polite. The problem was I dont know what I want until I see the menu. So she’s having to read stuff off to us over and over again until we can figure out what we want. Maybe the intercom thing was broken. But maybe they should let you look at the menu then order with the person. If we see this style again we’d probably go somewhere else. It was so weird and uncomfortable.

I’m happy that the tables inside have scan codes to order meals. I’m quite introverted and it gives me peace of mind that I can just order on my phone and the food can come to me!

I kept hearing yelling from the staff behind the counter, a lot of it not very good words. A lady in a hot pink shirt and leggings (who worked there) was throwing some sort of food at the other employees. I also saw when other people were ordering, i believe the kitchen had music very loud(it was inappropriate music too) and was making it hard for the customers to hear the people who were taking their order. I normally have decent service but this was just completely terrible. They can’t even make up for their cold food with their behavior.

Fish sandwich today. Always good service and good food ar Culver’s. Always clean. One of the few fair food chains that I will eat at anymore. Only complaint is the piece of fish was really small compared to the size of the bun….like putting a fish stick on a hamburger bun. Need to either reduce the price of the fish sandwich or increase the size of the fish.

Generally speaking the food is pretty good. But the last 3 times I’ve ordered here the food has come out long after the time they said it would be ready. 30-40 minutes after…. And somehow it comes out cold? Don’t come to this location unless you’re not hungry and can wait all day. And make sure you check your order as it is usually missing something!

I am highly disappointed in this visit to Culvers. They were extremely busy. The drive-thru line was wrapping around the building. The soda station was dirty. No ketchup. Worst of all, the food was mediocre. I have been to busy Culvers before, but the food is always exceptional.

I’ve never met someone who could roll their eyes with such Olympic-level athleticism. The “manager” Patty, deserves a gold medal in being annoyed by my existence. Food was terrible too, but honestly the attitude was the main course.

Took really long to order ice cream was melted burgers were so smashed and burnt to a crisp with none of the toppings. Seems like no one cares for the job so might as well just close this location down. Never again will I buy for my family of five here plus the grandparents and cousins. We spend on avg with our family around 60 to 90 dollars and this time was the worst service we have but not far off from my last visit. This was unacceptable I would love a response for the quality but I won’t hold my breath. Raw fish sandwich burnt dried out burgers with the wrong toppings. The only good thing from the meal was fries and side salad. Save your money or go to a different location all together.

Ordered a single cheese burger meal, they had my food ready within 10 seconds. Definitely just gave me something they already had cooked for awhile. Super disgusting. Can’t even make me my own burger. Ridiculous. The burger even looks like it was sitting out for awhile won’t be going back to this location. Def don’t recommend this location specifically

Ordered 2 Reuben baskets and curds..the Reubens were AWFUL..so disappointed..my sandwich was shoved in the box with bread hanging out then inside the meat was hanging out of bread on one side no meat on other side! My Moms sandwich had all meat on half the sandwich and what appeared to be a handful of saurkraut on the other half..extremely disappointing especially since it was $30+ for it!!
