Probably one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had. Terribly wrapped and falling apart. The meat is supposed to be carne asada and is extremely low quality. Totally a sloppy burrito. Would never get again, won’t be surprised if I get food poisoning.

If I could give this a zero I would. I’ve lived around this area for literally over 15years. When they first opened up this location it was pretty decent until management changed or staff was changed. Something happened where after I went a few times I got really sick and got food poisoning from the food. Every single person that has gone to that location including my family has gotten sick from that place due to the food. My kids dad got my son a chicken quesadilla yesterday and didn’t know this is probably the worst Los betos you could go to. Anyways he fed it to our son and now my son is sick. I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business after all these years. I’d really like for them to just replace the business with a better food spot that isn’t Los betos. The other ones in the valley are amzing and have amazing quality however this location in garrity makes a bad reputation for their business . It’s awful

The woman working in the drive thru is the worst. Terrible customer service. I pulled up to the intercom and waited forever for them to come on (no big deal they’re busy right) when she came on i placed my order for 2 orders of nachos. I asked to have the sour cream and guacamole on the side to keep the chips from sogging too much. And went to continue my order – She immediately cut me off and just yelled No! I asked what was no and all I got back was “No Sides” which she repeated it several times and so I asked to leave them off and to complete my order. After another minute wait of complete She gets on and tells me that the kitchen is out of chips. So we left. Do better Los Betos this is not someone you want reping your business. Ive been a Betos fan for several years, its a shame to see this business be represented so poorly. I sit here now reading the reviews and it seems to be a consistent occurrence. At this point I’d rather welcome the bubble guts that is Taco Bell than to go back to this establishment to be treated so poorly over some sauce and chips.

Worst experience ever. The drive thru lady was so rude telling us we are taking to long to order and the drive thru is supposed to be faster. Mind you there was nobody behind us and nobody in the lobby. We canceled our order and went to the other betos and had great service as always. Will not be returning to this location.

Second time recently that we tried to get dinner at the drive-thru, only to have our time wasted. It is Friday night 8:30pm, interior lights and open lights are on. A guy is sitting inside on his cell phone, but will not look up. Once again, we wait at the intercom, and finally pull up to the window, and this time find a closed sign. We liked their food and like to support small businesses. We know the struggles of keeping employees, but where are the owners? Respect your customers.

NEVER have I seen such a garbage presentation for a shredded beef taco. Go anywhere else and they will fill the tacos with lettuce and cheese. This place definitely sucks. The same issues arise when it comes to the 5 roll taco supreme. There is one chef that is on point. The other is God awful. This place is an absolute pit. I will drive further just to avoid convenience, because the food here is garbage. Go somewhere else. Trust me.
