I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes because they said they were in the middle of shift change, I was the first customer in line, I ordered a double cheeseburger with lettuce and onions only… I get home no lettuce or onions and my food was ice cold but that’s my fault for not checking my food. The lady at the drive thru apologized for the wait.

We went here after 10:00 p.m. one evening and only the drive-thru is open. Our order was correct and when they brought the food out it was fresh and as good as Burger King can get. I wish I had gotten the name of the drive-thru attendant but she was so kind and very conscious of the wait and apologized for us having to wait and seemed intentional about getting things to us as quickly as possible. We did have to wait a few minutes, but having fresh food that was not thrown together carelessly was a positive experience for us. The lady had a boot on her foot and was hustling food out, thank you ma’am!

5 stars down the to 4 stars. I go rejected before 11pm for indoors service. 10:20pm you close your doors now?
3am-4am is questionable hours. Will they take your order or tell you they only doing Uber eats or door orders only.
I have come to like this burger king very much, it is 2025 and this place is open 24/7, however not the fastest fast food late night, but 10-20 minutes ain’t bad wait time late night between 12-5am and they server burgers all night long unlike McDonald’s which varies but switches to breakfast only food between 2-5am depending on location. And the mix & match 3 for 7 deal is killer. At this point I’m boycotting McDonald’s for being over prices and lacking deals.

The manager on duty Tanya was absolutely awesome ❤️❤️❤️❤️!!! I really appreciated her making my food although they were supposed to close from 2:30 to 3:15 am (didn’t know) for their system update since I have been running around doing DoorDash all night!!! She’s always a sweetheart and does an awesome job!!!!

The drive-thru person was rushing us. I haven’t been to BK in a long time. She was rushing like she had a huge line and didn’t. I couldn’t get my words out b4 she interrupted. She needs to take a couple of breaths while taking orders.

Got my order wrong after cutting me off while trying to order. I was trying to make sure she got everything correct. i ordered a bacon double cheeseburger ketchup and mayo only ( I emphasized this ) I get home to a whopper *not a double btw* no cheese , no bacon and all the way. highly disappointed, wouldn’t recommend. staff are not welcoming on anything.

The young lady at the counter was unpleasant and loud. My fries were cold and hard and when I took them to ask for some fresh ones, she said, “let me see”, as if that would confirm how hard they were.
The impossible burger was cold. I don’t think I’ll be returning here again.

The quality of their food has gone down at this location. Just recently I was told to wait for a whopper meal about 15 mins also the food handler looks unsanitary with dirty hands. Did not trust the food any longer.

Got the 2 for $4 Bacon, Egg and Cheese Croissanwich special and man they were on point. The bread had a mild toast and the eggs were fluffy and had flavor! Bacon was nice and salty but not overly. To top off the service was really quick. I had visited this location in the past and this was the most efficient to date.
