I visited this location on 11/12/2025 at approximately 12:45 PM.
This particular location has an established protocol of doing a shift change at 12:30PM daily. From the start of the shift change until the end of it, no one is allowed to order. Unfortunately, this can take up to an hour for them to complete. I was there during lunch, which conflicts with their shift change procedure, and was therefore not allowed to order anything. I recommend visiting outside of lunch in order to prevent the same issues I encountered.

Some of the best beef options for fast food. A bit overly greasy but tasty. Offers a wide variety of options, if you’re in the mood for something other than a hamburger. Their frosties are still awesome too.

Wendy’s fast food joint is very particular about closing time. They don’t mind driving out the customers already sitting inside to enjoy their snacks; if it is closing time.

Honest fresh food at good holesome prices. Although the removal of the 4 for 4, the increasing of the price for the biggie bags, and now the sad move away from sweet and sour sauce have created a less desirable experience, it is still better than McDonald’s.

Convenient location, lots of parking, and front line staff Vincent and another gentlemen with curls were very friendly. They did make a small mistake, but Vincent was courteous, apologized (even though it wasn’t him who made the mistake), fixed the issue quickly and told me to come back if I need more of that item. Great customer service. Washroom and eating area were clean and well maintained. No wait for ordering and seating. My family with 2 kids felt comfortable and safe eating at this location as a quick stop before Seattle.

We ordered the loaded fries and were told that it was “very good.”
Considering it’s fast food, we were not expecting gourmet. But, the fries we got were almost cold. The cheese looks like it was melted in a microwave, which made the fries also soggy, and the bacon was hard as rock.
Definitely will not be ordering that again.
The only redeeming part of the meal was the Peppermint Frosty.
Inside was clean.

No shade to any employees, this is only about the food. I’m sorry but Wendy’s food is absolutely awful. Just pure salt burgers. I know it’s fast food but my god at least McDonalds TASTES good so it feels like it’s worth the calories. And their new pop tarts frosty is a joke unfortunately. I was really excited because I thought there would be chunks of actual pop tart in there but no, it’s basically a strawberry milkshake with teeny tiny little crunchy bits.

I was mainly happy about the fact that when I ordered a water with my $5 for 4 combo that I was handed a bottle rather than cup, which is very useful in my cupholder-free car. The fries were good, nuggets were good and sandwich was on point. Well done.
