Go for the sushi, not the hibachi. We got the Flaming Lobster, Butterfly and Great Kiss Rolls. Exceptional, except Great Kiss was kind of a great flop.. The hibachi experience was fun but the food was salty. The yum yum sauce was YUMMY!” Same with the salad dressing. It’s a pricey place, but sushi was worth it!

Normally would be 5 stars. We love this place. But not this time. It was our first time sitting in the dining room because they were short staffed on hibachi chefs. We ordered the hibachi chicken and we’re disappointed. It was not hot and fresh!!!! It was barely warm. The rice is not the same either. We will not do dining room again.

Great Japanese food with excellent service! We had the appetizer of Crab Rangoon that was tasty. Our main courses for my wife was the Beef Fried Rice and for me, a New York Roll and a Spicy Salmon Roll. Very good!!

It’s a quiet big restraunt almost on the edge of the city. The interior is exquisite, perfectly styled in Japanese spirit, with several rooms including hibachi room where you can behold a performance of professional chefs and observe your food is being cooked in front of you (haven’t experienced it yet, need to). The prices are moderate. The food was very good nd authentic as I could assume (didn’t eat much this time, only harumaki egg rolls). Taro milk tea was very good, in a solid plastic cup (gonna recycle it). The water was served in nice metal cups, cutlery and branded napkins were also very nice. It’s s a new place for repeated visits!

What a great find! We were traveling in the area and happened to pop into Fujiyama with hopes of great hibachi and we weren’t disappointed. What a great experience! First, the team is wonderful overall, and our chef was a perfect combination of funny/friendly and professional. The food, INCREDIBLE! We highly recommend and the price…holy wow! We pay triple for the same experience up north. Definitely worth it, we hope to stop in again when we are back in town. Highly recommend!

So good very delicious. I definitely need to come back. Service is great too the hibachi guys are so fun. Only thing is my grandma was given steak instead of salmon but I’m sure it was an honest mistake. I’m sure they would have been happy to replace it had she said anything. Definitely a good place for birthdays

We went to celebrate our anniversary and went to hibachi. I got the shrimp, husband got the filet mignon and shrimp. We both enjoyed the experience and the food and had so much to take home it made 2 additional meals. Everything was perfect and the meal was cheaper than our most recent trip to McDonald’s.

The atmosphere is inviting and very comfortable. It is so clean and tidy. Not overcrowded but just enough patrons spaced apart. The food is delicious. This is “a must at” restaurant. The staff was very friendly , attentive and courteous. Great customer service. I received a birthday surprise after dinner. The waitress brought out a round pastry filled with vanilla ice cream.

We went here for my sons 5th birthday. They made him feel special and he had a great time watching the fire and the cooking! A nice place to attend for a birthday, they gave him a sweet treat at the end, sung him happy birthday, and he blew out a candle. They also do so much for the kids when they are there, its really is a fun place for them.
