Went here for lunch with some friends, (it was our first time for all of us) didn’t have to wait long to be seated. Had a really nice server. The food came out fairly quickly. The chips and queso were the best! Food wise, the chicken strips were the best. The steak meal was fine but had a funky smell so it was hard to eat (it was probably either the broccoli or the garlic butter/toppings on the potatoes).
Only minor complaint, we weren’t told when the check was ready, so be aware that you will pay on a little device on the table. We sat there waiting for a while for someone to bring us a check and finally one of my friends saw the device on the table and decided to look at it. The check wasn’t separated correctly so it was a little confusing to figure out.
Overall good first visit.

Good food overall. I had the Sirloin Steak, and my wife enjoyed a Chicken Salad. The location was quite busy, but our food was delivered quickly. However, the service was a bit lacking in attentiveness. Still, a solid spot if you want decent food without a long wait.

Came in for my son’s birthday. Super disappointed… you guys definitely need to do better. Ordered off the menu pic and it showed up not even remotely close to the pic. Shrimp were cold and limp… and look nothing like the pictures. LOL! Ordered medium-well for the steak and it came out like a puck. I thought the few bites I did take were going to break my teeth. Ordered extra broccoli… which was probably the best thing on my plate. Even the loaded mashed potatoes had thick curled up peelings – again, I thought I was going to break my treth. Service was okay – our waitress was pretty friendly but the food runner (a younger girl) was super abrasive. Slamming our drinks down, along with some of our food. My younger twos food – they absolutely loved and ate up. My daughter and I’s food – not so much. Don’t think I’ll ever return and honestly – a complete waste of money. Definitely a skip.
I don’t think I’ll ever come back here.

We had the BEST experience tonight at the Spanish fork location! Jason was our server and he was seriously incredible — so attentive, so friendly, and just on top of everything the entire time. We never had to ask for a single thing.
The whole team was amazing too. Our food came out so fast it honestly shocked us. And whoever seasoned our steak absolutely put their entire soul into it because it was PERFECT. You can tell the kitchen cares about what they’re putting out.
To top it all off, at the end our server brought us another chips and salsa to go — even though we already had almost a full basket left. That extra thoughtfulness just made the whole experience even better.

We had a pretty decent experience at this Chili’s. Our favorite menu items were hot a fresh and the service was good too. It’s what we expected and paid for, so if you like Chili’s and their revamped menu, you’re good to go.

We keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but we’ve just been so disappointed the last few times we’ve gone. Today’s experience really just made us frustrated. We got there and they didn’t have chips and salsa, which is whatever but disappointing. We got our food and it was not fresh in the slightest. It was cold, felt like it had been sitting out for awhile, same with our drinks. Flat, off, whatever it was they just didn’t taste good. Our server was great, nothing against them and they were super apologetic and nice which was great it wasn’t their fault. But it’s just been so meh the last few times. We hate we just spent a ton of our limited money for a date night and literally lost our appetite after like 2 bites.
We’ve had bad experience with one of the main managers as well in the past, it’s just been disappointing.

This location is the best! My wife and I come here once or twice a month and we’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always super hot and fresh. The service is always top notch, and handles busy times extremely well.

I believe our server was Elizabeth, short black hair and glasses. She was absolutely pleasant and the perfect server. She made us feel very comfortable, proactively tended to our needs, and was the epitome of excellence. Food was great as always. I love Chilis. Please never get rid of the skillet queso. I’ve been enjoying it for over 10 years.

I always get the Triple dipper pictured with big mouth bites Nashville tenders and Nashville fried mozzarella but you can’t go wrong great to share or honestly just get as your whole meal.

If you have ever wanted to feel completely unwelcome in a chain restaurant setting, this is the place for you! For best results, I recommend going at 9:30 pm on a Sunday. We looked up the hours for this location and google said it closed at 11, so we figured that’s plenty of time. But when we got there I noticed the times on the door and it said they closed at 10. I’ve spent many years working in the food service industry, while someone showing up 30 mins before closing can be a bummer, it’s much better than 5 mins before closing, but in either situation you kind of have to deal with it. Anyways, we walk in, aware that we should be as quick as possible, and all the staff is standing in a corner and they all look at us with disgust (I am sorry) after a minute the host walks over to greet us, and they are literally texting on their phone and don’t even acknowledge us until they finish their text. After we get seated, our waiter begrudgingly greets us, it’s immediately apparent he hates us. We order as quickly as possible, 2 witches brew margs, a triple dipper, and chicken strips for both of us. We didn’t want to do anything too crazy, but we did come hungry. I can’t lie, the food was honestly so good, we really would have enjoyed it. But as soon as our food comes out, they start closing the restaurant (before closing hours). This is totally fine, again I understand the business and the best way to get people to start moving is to show signs of closing work. Our server begins to drag tables across the room as slowly as possible and with the maximum amount of screeching of metal on tile. I must admit, it was really funny, I had the hardest time containing my laughter. We get boxes, because it is now 10:05, the restaurant is officially past closing and not a single worker wants us here. We pay the bill on the lil tablet at the table, and accidentally leave a $60 tip. Yikes. Our waiter did the absolute bare minimum and made it very clear he did not want us there, $60 seemed excessive. So I rudely interrupted him (very politely saying “excuse me”) from dragging tables across the room, at Dolby digital surround sound iMax movie volumes. And he says “what?” I tell him the situation and he’s like “I gotta grab my manager” and walks out. This was the point I realized the person to first greet us in this restaurant, the person texting on their phone right infront of us, ignoring us intentionally and making us feel completely unwelcome, was actually the manager! We get the check sorted out, which was maybe the most positive and friendly experience of the whole night. Anyways, I love this place, I love chilis, but this experience was so so so so so bad that it became absolutely hilarious to me. I would have given it one star if the triple dipper wasn’t so incredible, huge shout out to the back of the house, even though they probably spit in our food.
I swear on my life, I never once asked for anything without saying please and thank you, I aim to be the easiest and most respectful guest in any restaurant. And still was treated like absolute garbage. While the whole situation is frustrating for an employee on a weekend when they want to go home, above all in this industry you should be hospitable. They fell short, big time. But honestly very funny and very amusing from my perspective.
