I haven’t been to a fast food place in years but stopped at this Burger King the another day on my way home because I was superrrrr hungry and to find out the rodeo burger is back or still a thing (1998) was amazing But that wasn’t the best part of my visit! The pleasant voiceover the drive thru speaker! I was so shocked she seemed so happy I got to the window she was so nice which is almost unheard of in a lot of fast food establishments! I believe her name is Mary!!! She definitely needs a raise or a paid day off!!

Clean, empty at around 8:00 pm on a Tuesday, service members are nice and quick with the orders being in less than 5 minutes, there’s 2 lanes for their drive thru and they accept online App deals.
You can dine outside with a tables and seats, with big umbrellas.

Why is it if you ask for an extra condiment to be put on a sandwich that is not usually on there, you end up with a sandwich that has excessive condiments and it’s overflowing I asked for mayonnaise which was not included normally and ended up with this. Does this ever happen to anyone else? Also, it’s not just Burger King it’s McDonald’s it’s Burger King it’s Wendy’s Etc I just have to be here today and experiencing this situation once again and thought I would comment about it finally.

Don’t bother ordering from here during lunch time. They’re understaffed and it’s a nightmare trying to get someone’s attention because of how overwhelmed they are. They staff are great once you get their attention but youbwould have better odds at trying to win the lottery.

Very bad service I’m a manager at Burger King came down to Miami, passed by this location had me waiting 45 min. Just for me to get to the window and have Ashley tell me her computer at the window was down that I have to get out of my car go inside and pay there. All because she did not want to walk from the counter to the computer this is outrageous. Very bad service and I’ll be contacting corporate soon. Ashley needs to be let go.

First the machine to make order was not working properly
Then when I approached to the counter to pay for the order a girl named SULEYKA was so rude and unprofessional to give a good service it was a mistake in the order besides she help with the order she was so upset and didn’t want to help
And talk to me so rude and meant
I canceled my order
Instead of that the general manager help me for cancel my order, and apologize for the inconvenience
Will no return

I know it’s fast food but something here is off.
I have ate at other Burger King’s and it tasted way better. Maybe because it was late night at 11:30 PM. But the food taste it off in a way where I couldn’t even finish it.
They were fast and the order was accurate but I couldn’t enjoy the food.
Maybe if I come at a better time the food will taste better.

Bad customer service here in Miami is a given. So don’t expect much from the old BK. They stare at the screen with the orders- yet get all the orders wrong.

On 7/16/25 7:37 pm In extremely rude lady that you’ll see in the pictures attached. Her name is **LILLIAN***. She is unbelievably a manager at that location. She is so rude to customers. I can’t even tell you. I even asked one of her associates if she’s mean to him also, and He said. Yes .. I will be contacting corporate for that location.
And I’ll go into more details at that point.. They really need to educate their staff before they make somebody like her a manager. She speaks very little english and is not very bright..
