I went in to go get a chicken sandwich at Chili’s. The atmosphere was very good. Not too loud in my soda was cold. I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries when I took a bite into it. It was raw. I had endless diarrhea all night long and I felt like my booty hole Was bleeding never again

Had a really great experience at Somerset Chili’s! Cole was an awesome server. He had such great energy and made the whole experience super enjoyable. He was friendly, attentive, and just had a really positive vibe. I definitely hope to have Cole as my server again next time!

Even the manager made rounds to ensure that all guests were enjoying their meals and that the atmosphere remained lively and welcoming. It’s evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Chili’s.

I went there for just wings and had the pleasure of talking to Bell! She showed great customer service. Bell is friendly, outgoing, personable, and has a bubbly personality which is great for being the first person the customer sees at the to go area. Bell is a definite asset to your restaurant and you can tell she really enjoys working there. The customer service world could definitely use more Bells!

Alexis was a fantastic server. The food was delicious and cooked exactly as we ordered and very timely. Drinks were refilled timely. There is not one negative thing I can say about this experience. Chili’s in Somerset is incredible!

Chili’s is an American chain resturaunt. Good size portions for premade food at low prices.
There is little food that is actually made in the resturaunt from scratch. That is the reason for the 2 score.
Overall the atmosphere is good and service is great usually.
Beers are cold and generally always fresh and not skunkd in my experience. But if your looking for some great quality food this is not the place for you. Chili’s food is tasty and the chips and salsa are quite the lure but most everything you eat feels like reheated frozen food. Even the high end steaks are not what you would expect “quality wise”
If your looking for a cheap meal or have a large party or kids then this is great middle of the road resturaunt.

I had the female server she was amazing and worked behind the bar. I Believe her name is Jayda. She recommended the salmon and the chips w the new quest sauce. It was really good. I will be back her service was amazing. So i say check this spot out, there are health choices outside of your typical bar food.

I initially only stopped in Somerset to visit a gift shop but once I saw that there was a Chili’s in close proximity i figured I’d pop in for a visit. I was ecstatic to see that they still had their original nachos on the menu, although my bartender enlightened me that that menu item WOULD be leaving soon, I’m glad to catch it while it’s available because it’s fantastic. But speaking of fantastic, my bartender was Brooklyn and she was not only warm & kind but very efficient and helpful.

We had Alexis tonight and she was phenomenal; very attentive to details and served with a smile. She made sure our drinks were full at all times and was extremely knowledgeable with the menu. The food came out quick and was on point.
