Great burgers and fries! Get the Hangover burger with Cosmic fries and you won’t be disappointed! Servers were fast and friendly. Atmosphere was fun. They have specials and a happy hour as well with great prices. Located within walking distance to downtown Holland for shopping and taking in the quaint vibes of their downtown scene. Highly recommend!

We got there fairly early, so there was ample space and it was quiet. Didn’t even have to wait for a seat. Had the pick of the litter. Red Carpet Treatment™️ Service was great! Very accommodating, funny, and put up with my BS.
I know I’m not a fan of chain restaurant reviews. And sometimes I honestly forget if I’ve done any. I’m basing this solely on memory. And I have the memory of a soggy package. NOT a sealy posturepedic mattress. And I suppose if I want to get legally specific, this place might be a chain, but I have zero in my hometown. Anywho. Came out here to this place after meeting my brand new baby niece, Selah Hope.
We started out smashing down some apps, as you’re legally supposed to do. Our apps were their boneless wings and cheese curds. Boneless wings were your typical wing shape. Cheese curds were your non-typical square shape. Boneless flavor? Nashville hot. Curd flavor? Cheese. Curds came with Bloody Mary aoli. Would absolutely induce this in a non-legal way. Forgot to take a picture of the apps. They were unstoppable. Would absolutely order three more of these. Each.
I ordered my villain origin story meal, Nashville hot chicken sandwhich and “cosmic” fries. We have to call them cosmic fries and NOT crack fries because they changed the name in 2019 due to crack fries being an insensitive reference to drug addiction. It’s true. Google it. AOL it. Yahoo it. Either way, I would become addicted to these cosmic fries. And the chicken sandwhich? Thiccc, juiced up, perfect breading to chicken ratio. Great Nashville hot flavor. It was one of those chicken sandwich’s where there’s a lovely Rim of Chicken™️ that extends past the bun. She’s also a messy bessy of a sandwich, so keep your napkin handy.
Sometimes it’s not about the amazing cheese curds and chicken sandwiches we eat. Sometimes it’s about the friendships we make along the way.
Cheese curd squareness: 10/10
All chicken food flavors: 11/10
Fry re-eatability: 10/10

Went in to dine on a Saturday night, was expecting it to be busy and it was. The food was okay, wasn’t many non meat options, went with a shrimp dish but it tasted fatty. Just asked for a side of French fries which were okay. Server and another employee were very nice about it. Was trying to relax but ended up finding gum underneath the table which my hand caressed while we were leaving and going into the booth. Made me loose my appetite…

I was really disappointed to learn that HopCat no longer makes their famous cheese sauce in-house. It’s now ordered from a mass-production facility, and unfortunately, the flavor just isn’t the same—it tastes artificial compared to what it used to be.
I love coming to HopCat on Thursdays! They have an awesome happy hour from 3:00 to 5:30 PM where you can get a burger and any beer for just $9—such a great deal. Their cosmic fries are absolutely addicting; I could eat them every time!
The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. I especially enjoy sitting outside on the patio with my dog—it’s a great spot to unwind. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good food, great deals, and a pet-friendly vibe!
Parking can be iffy, but you can always park at the Holland Civic Center and walk to HopCat which is just up the street.

We really enjoyed our experience here! Our server Kate was really nice and helped us decide what to get. We loved the killer Mac and cheese and the grilled cheese. The atmosphere was great! Not too loud and comfortable. Thank you to Kate and Hopcat for a great experience!

Hopcat in Holland is definitely worth checking out! Margo our waitress was super sweet. We enjoyed the sampler for our appetizer. The burger, Lobster Mac n cheese, Steak bites and cosmic fries were all excellent. I highly recommend checking it out. We will definitely be returning.

I recently had a fantastic dining experience, and I can’t wait to share it! The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was our server, Olivia. She was super sweet, incredibly nice, and very accommodating. Olivia patiently answered all of our questions with a smile, making us feel valued and well-cared for. I highly recommend this place, and if you visit, I hope you’re lucky enough to have Olivia as your server!

In town visiting my folks and wanted to try something new. We went around 11:45am on a snowy, late-March Monday, so there were only a few other parties there.
The place is huge and has cool artwork. It’s clean and open, and I bet it’s nice when the weather warms up and they can open the garage door walls on the one side.
I got the Bali bowl (without cilantro, thank you!) and it was delicious. I honestly didn’t expect that kind of tofu bowl at a place like this. It was just the right portions too. My mom enjoyed a steak and cheese with fries. Their fries (cosmic fries) are seasoned with something really tasty, so you don’t even need catsup. But they seem to have their own catsup brand with a cute label.
Our server, Lexie I think, was personable and attentive. Very friendly and chatty. And the bathrooms were almost emaculate. Another pleasant surprise at a place that feels like it could be really wild on weekends. I would definitely enjoy another meal here next time I’m in town.

Waan Wonder World
Foods was good but the portions of them a bit smaller compared to serving size with other restaurants with the price ranges anyway the service was great, the lady who working with our table was helpful and friendly. Location is good just across street from the court house, there are street parking in the front, clean restroom, nice decorations. Overall it’s a really good restaurant.
