I had a great experience with my recent dinner to-go order from Zaxby’s! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the fries were perfectly seasoned. Everything was packaged neatly, and nothing was missing from my order. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my food was ready right on time. It made for an easy, delicious dinner. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Always a good place to get chicken. We normally use the buy one get one free deal and we’ve probably saved hundreds at this point. I have never really liked the taste of chicken, but this takes the cake for fast food chicken. You cannot beat the sauce line up either. Overall a good dining experience anytime. It does get busy around lunch time and late night so make sure to order ahead when able.

I know this review probably isn’t going to mean a whole lot because Waycross’s Zaxbys stays so busy…but I’ve had too many bad experiences here to continue going. About 1 out of every 3 times getting food here orders are input incorrectly even though the repeat what you say…they don’t have a digital display so you can’t validate what they put on the ticket when going through drive through. It is always the items that are ‘made to order’ that are ‘subbed’ out too. They completely and fully fill the drinks with ice prior to putting whatever you’re drinking in. The tea always has a sour taste so I reckon that is actually a semi good thing if you order tea. I tried their milkshakes right after they started offering those and it was so sour I just dumped the whole thing after a sip. Idk…reckon I had my last order from this location tonight.

Ordered a few items and they were all good, but would have been better if we had received any of the sauces we requested in the mobile. Two Zax sauces and one avocado ranch were part of our order. Still enjoyed the food!

I placed an order on the app and by time I got there my food was cold but the Quesadilla wasn’t too bad but these fries are old and over cooked. I would’ve preferred fresh fries, not cooked too hard, with no burnt pieces, smh. These fries are so hard and heavily seasoned…and no I didn’t call because this location is known for giving you old food. I’m about to stop going at this point because this is just sad.

It’s just the most overall delicious food place around tbh. Chicken is PERFECT, fries are PERFECT, the Zax Sauce is incredible, even the toast is good. Absolutely incredible, always.
Tip – While there IS always huge lines and lots of business at Zaxby’s (at least the Waycross one) you can pretty much bypass the wait by using the Zaxby’s mobile app to order, it’ll be ready on the shelf in just a minute or two. Me and my friend ordered 30 seconds before walking in and it was already out on the shelf by the time we walked in. Very fast through the app.

This review is only in this one product from zaxbys the funnel cake!!! Every thing else is usually good. The funnel cake for almost $4.00 was extremely small and cooked in dirty grease. Very Disappointed ☹️
