Walked in to this restaurant two weeks ago just to have an experience & get to see if their food was as good as it looked on their Facebook page . Amazingly the service was . Very friendly people. Orders are timely & the meals are awesome! The only issue was that the seating area was minimal incase of a large crowd. Otherwise loved every bite of this meal and the price was totally worth it. I would give them a 9/10.

I had the fish (fillet balahoo) and fries…delicious! Well seasoned and prepared. The fries were just the way I like them, hot and not oily. The coleslaw on the side was a welcomed addition.

Run- don’t walk- to @meltingpotsvg for this amazing Mexican Rice Bowl. For $25.00 you get rice, beans, corn, avocado and sour cream with your choice of minced beef, chicken, fish or jerk chicken. For an additional $5.00, you can add cheese and lettuce.

They have a large seating area outside. Unfortunately there’s no protection from the Sun so everyone has to sit all crowded inside in an unair-conditioned building. The food was decent and the drinks were good. The service was great!

This place is located inside the cruise ship terminal. The google map pin took us down some tight windy road above the terminal and it took us a while to find. There is a pay parking lot at the cruise ship terminal, however we parked at the busy Massy grocery store and took a short walk. When inside the cruise ship terminal to fin you must walk all the way thru by security to board the ferry and there is a sign on the right for the melting pot, Mona’s Restaurant and Ramona’s Cafe. It is similar to a food court with open tables for all three places.
The servers were very friendly. Although not very knowledgeable about what they serve.
Several items they advertise were not available. Cappuccino for one. They premix your coffee for you, very sweet, so be careful if that is not your thing.
I tried to order the combo #5 eggs, bacon and home fries. I was told they were out of home fries but they had fries. No problem. A few minutes later a different server came over and said they were out of home fries and they do not offer substitutions, doesn’t seem to make sense since I was not requesting a substitution. I ordered the #4 instead, pancake, egg and bacon. They don’t offer you a cooking option on the egg, just omelette style. My girlfriend got the veggie omelette which was basically just the veggies sliced for a vinaigrette salad heated up and a slice of American cheese on top of the omelette.
Service was prompt and the servers were kind. Food was ok. The food I saw coming from Mona’s looked better.

My first and it will definitely be my last experience, was very bad….food was bland and the customer service was very poor. I did not appreciate how I as a customer was treated. I don’t even want to get into details for the sake of others. Whoever choose to dine at the restaurant have to decide if its satisfactory for themselves. I will tell you I am a very dissatisfied customer.
