Okay I gotta be so honest here. Hardee’s isn’t my go to for lunch or dinner. But breakfast, they’re PEAK. You can’t get it like that anywhere else and it’s always hot and delicious. Truthfully my experience today wasn’t the best to begin with. THAT BEING SAID, the manager handled it beyond well. She refunded my order and remade it TO PERFECTION. amazing customer service on her part and the staff, not a single complaint was mustered. I was more than happy to walk out with just the refund being understanding that things happen but she wasn’t about that. She wanted a happy customer and that she got.

First time trying out Hardee’s. The food was great, the atmosphere is nice and calm. The service was good but had to give it a 4 star because the server forgot to include napkins with my order. Definitely will be going back cause the food is great .

It’s been a while since I’ve had Hardee’s breakfast, but it was great just like I remember! I enjoyed the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich this morning. Customer service was kind and professional. She brought my order to the table and asked if I needed anything else. The store was nice and clean. Someone was washing the windows as I came in. This is a very nice location. I recommend anyone looking for a good meal and great service to pay a visit!

Get breakfast here, not lunch. Let’s face it. Since Carl’s jr bought Hardees, the food has been bad. The new thickburgers are a great improvement over the sliced charcoal brickettes they used to sell. This restaurant is new. The staff is new. They are done with their “break-in” period by now and are getting orders out fast and accurately. Their breakfast menu is great. Lunch still more expensive (avg $8 per meal) than other burger joints. There is no “value menu”. No kid’s meals. Only one basic salad option. No fruit. The place is exceptionally clean however, and the bathrooms are clean. Coke no pepsi – that’s a good thing.

Couldnt wait to try this place! I had a bacon thick burger here a week after opening and some of their chicken tenders. Both were hot and delicious!! The tenders are really good with some of their tastey honey mustard. I read the other reviews about issues on opening day, things happen I guess on day one. Our visit was smooth and restaurant was nice looking and clean.

Edit: I couldn’t remember why I don’t eat hardees anymore so I decided to go back… 16 minutes for a single chicken sandwich and my bun is charcoal. This is inedible.
I won’t complain about the wait time, my food is always hot and fresh. My order is correct and I am mostly satisfied.
Just a couple critiques, firstly they overstuffed the bags so you can’t fold the top, if you order more items than 1 meal you can’t even hold the bag by the top and have to carry it from the bottom which makes things more difficult when simply using 2 bags would be better than my fries literally sticking out the top. Every. Single. Time.
I’m not sure whats wrong with your bun toaster today but my bun was blackened, my bfs too. There was so much extra mayo, at least 3 times the usual amount but all I tasted was burned bread. It was so bad I went to my kitchen and used 2 slices of bread after my 2nd bite turned me off my entire meal and I couldn’t finish even with fresh bread.
More mayo does not unburn the bun.
