This place does the best it can for its location. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Our food order was ready when I arrived and I was greeted as soon as I walked inside. My only concern honestly was the lady who was arguing with the people walking on the sidewalk outside who was walking through the lobby constantly… the drug issues of this part of town were on full display. I can’t imagine what these employees have to deal with on a daily basis here. They honestly go above and beyond in customer service to make up for fact most customers are probably in fight or flight mode as soon as enter the parking lot. Great staff… scrappy location

Customer service here is pretty much nonexistent. You can hear staff talking in the back, but they rarely come up front to greet or acknowledge customers. Orders are also almost never ready when promised, and waits of 5–10 extra minutes (or more) are common.
The lobby seating is uncomfortable, which makes the extended wait less pleasant. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking and the lot is easy to navigate.
Overall, the location is convenient to get in and out of, but poor customer service and consistent order delays make this a frustrating experience.

Looks like apparently they have finally got a good leader ship on Night Shift on Magnolia. I was welcomed multiple times by multiple employees letting me know they’ll be with me in just a minute because they were very busy. I was really impressed.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered from here and was told we had to cancel it because they didn’t have ham, which in and of itself it’s ridiculous. We reordered only to wait over an hour for it to be sent to another one where yet again we had to cancel it again because yep you guessed it no ham. Dealing with all that for mediocre pizza is just stupid. Their service along with their pizza isn’t worth all the trouble. Absolutely will not order here or any other restaurant again.

Surprised to see only 2 people working 10/3/25 9pm on Friday night. Drive thru was busy and a few people inside. We preordered though the app. Both employees were super friendly and doing a great job at keeping up. There was a wait time but that’s expected with so few staff. Pizzas were amazing and so worth the wait.

This has to be literally the slowest restaurant I have ever ordered from. I have never been able to pick up a “hot and ready” without waiting 45 minutes to an hour. Save your time and go to a pizza place where management has a handle on their employees.

Pizza taste has changed.. ordered pepperoni pizza & bread sticks.. bread sticks were great as always, but definitely better than the pizza, which is sad cuz I used to LOVE the pepperoni pizza..
