Staff is entirely useless i came with a gift card that HAS money on it yet im just getting told it doesnt work and sent on my way so whats the point of the giftcard if it cant be used at McDonald’s locations or the app, and what was the point in the staff wasting my time doing the exact same thing over and over again even though it obviously isn’t working?
Any of them could’ve offered me a solution but instead I get “its not working sorry” and nothing else what kind of customer service is that especially from someone who i assume was the manager

The eating area appeared to be very clean, which was greatly appreciated. It was also a pleasure to find that the fries were hot and fresh. The food certainly tasted better knowing the place was tidy. It was also wonderful to be greeted by a friendly staff. The whole experience was made very pleasant because of it.

Most times I go here in the evening, they don’t have apple pies and if you’re lucky you’ll be able to get sprite. Fries are cold have the time, have had many burgers made incorrectly, and sometimes I end up missing items. Mostly I am disappointed to say, evenings when I choose McDonald’s for dinner I am met with a woman in the drive through who I believe isn’t a good fit for talking with customers. You can tell she rushes taking the order especially by my most recent encounter which a 6$ burger was put on my order and I didn’t know, I ordered a cheeseburger and got a quarter pounder double. Didn’t realize til after I paid. Sorry to say my last few experiences haven’t been pleasant at all.

“Amanda” the blonde lady who took our order this morning always has the brightest smile on her face always happy to serve u and has the best customer service everytime we come in ! Super fast also ! such a joy seeing her everytime we come in ! This girl is great☺️

Absolute worst management I’ve seen in a long time The manager’s name is Kim and she has no reason to be a manager no customer service skill whatsoever I place an order online order was paid for have my online receipts showing that it’s been paid with a balance of zero I sent a buddy up there to get my food first they wouldn’t give it to him because he didn’t have the number correct He only had my name so then I screenshotted him the receipt and took it up there and they still refuse to give him our food and said they couldn’t find it and I needed to tender my order which makes no sense to me whatsoever so then I had to go up there personally it was told it’s not her problem it’s on my end I need a tend to it I showed her the receipts where it says paid and she still told me there’s nothing she can do about it I’m also in the customer service industry and she has lost all my respect and my business from here on out. I never do this but even when as far as calling corporate

Tried to cancel duplicated order and got charged anyways when they said “the order didn’t go through”. Lost over $20 cause of it. I had told them that I accidentally placed the order both on my phone and at the kiosk and they denied it went through. My mom paid in cash and my card still got charged from the app. My anxiety was high cause I didn’t know what to do.
