I usually love this place and come here often, but recently the food quality has gone downhill. I always order the marinated chicken tacos with onion and cilantro, and the chicken used to be cut small, tender, and full of flavor. This time, the tacos came with large, bland chunks of chicken that weren’t marinated or seasoned like before. It completely changed the experience, and honestly, it was really disappointing. I paid $20 for 5 tacos that I didn’t even enjoy, which makes it worse. Please bring back the way the chicken used to be prepared because it made the tacos amazing.

Carry out order. 030226 @ 11:30am. No customers in the restaurant. I ordered 3 steak street tacos, lettuce & tomato only. The order taker is more worried about celatra & onions. Not paying attention when taking my order! I also ordered quesadillas with grilled chicken and EXTRA sour cream. No sour cream at all in the bag! The food was terrible. The most greasy food we have eaten! Six minutes after eating it, we were in the bathroom. Pay attention when taking the orders. Read your reviews. Most are wrong order complaints! Never again. Adios!

Did a last minute catering order no problem for my daughter’s birthday party( I mean like two days before the party, our first attempted catering fell through).
First off the price was not beatable. Saved like 250$ at least compared to similar restaurants and there was so much more food than expected including sides and toppings and sauce! Super impressed. Secondly the food was delicious!! All of the guests were suprised at how delicious and flavorful the tacos were. Did steak and marinated chicken. Amazing. Thank you!

Stopped here after finishing my move to Round Lake. The food was excellent as I hoped 🙂 I had the shrimp fajitas, and would love to try the steak fajitas next time! Prices reasonable and portions generously sized. Would recomended!

Moved into the area 2 years ago. Decided to stop at Los Comales. What an absolutely fantastic surprise. Food was great, service was just as great. Don’t be deceived by the outside appearance, this place is anything but a drive through fast food restaurant. Try it you will like it. Prices are reasonable.
