Unfortunately I got a chicken teriyaki bowl with cold rice and cold broccoli the only thing that was actually hot was the chicken. Overall service was fine but I was afraid to eat the food. Literally the broccoli was frozen. Same with my sister who got the same order.

This location on Fairfax + Drexel has always been a delicious Jack spot. I tried the NEW Cholula Hot Sauce Fries today. They were ok, not great. Not worth the $2.00 upcharge, that should be only $1.00.

Thus far my worst experience with Jack in the Box. Waiting in the drive thru was over 15 minutes , despite there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Then the fish sandwich I got was absolutely nothing like on the picture. E.d. super small, flat and discussing. I’ll try Jack in the Box one more time in a different location and if dissatisfied, will never eat there again .

It was fast service, good customer service and food was hot. The place was clean however it may look a little dirty due to the fact that the building looks a little old but otherwise good experience for today. Also if you are trying to head there for lunch time be aware that parking is very limited about 4 parking spots and 1 handicap the street parking sucks as well.

I have been a food service worker. This wait for service was so slow I felt the seasons chsnging. Then, after they finally meandered over to take my order, they answered a phone, wandered off and then left me standing at the register, forgetting they never gave me the single item I ordered. They kept serving everyone at the window. When I realized I had waited through all four seasons and was now invisible, I had to remind them, “Um. I never got my order.” They looked so surprised that the woman who had stood there the whole time was there. Awful.
