I had a very upsetting experience at the Blaze Pizza in Clark, NJ.
My 13-year-old son has a neurological processing disability. He speaks, but needs a little extra time to order. There was no line at the time, yet the employee became visibly frustrated, snapped at him, and then walked away while he was still trying to place his order. My son was left standing at the counter confused and embarrassed.
I spoke to the manager and also contacted corporate but never received any follow-up.
This wasn’t about pizza it was about how a child was treated. Kids with processing delays may look typical but need patience and basic kindness. A small amount of understanding would have made all the difference.
We will not be returning, and I hope this location provides staff training so another child is not made to feel this way.

The pizza was okay overall, but definitely rushed as we came during closing. We dined in at the restaurant and when we opened the box, it was clearly smushed which took away from the presentation and texture. The flavors were decent and it was still edible, but the issue was that when it was time to get my pizza from the counter it was laying on an angle on top of another pizza box. With a little more attention to timing and packaging, it could be a lot better.

I go here a lot and it’s one of my favorite places to eat. They always have great deals and pizza is always good. We usually get 3 BYO and you get to chose your own toppings, as many as you like. Place is always clean and service is great. Our most recent order was good but I think they messed up the last pie since we had 3 and all were very similar but not the same. I don’t really mind but could be an issue for picky eaters. We also got their green goddess salad, but it’s mostly just lettuce so I wouldn’t get that again. Still will be back and do reccomend!

I came in here after NJ has faced one of the worst storms in a long time and there are only two people working today. They were amazing, friendly and greeted every single person that walked in the restaurant. I especially like how the people being serviced were patient as they got all the orders out!! Job well done to these two guys who exemplified grace patience and kindness.

Enthusiastic team was very helpful in placing the order. Pizza was OK with taste but was missing lots of veggies. Crust is thin and sauce is applied sparingly. Busy location with clean bathrooms. Had the Greek salad which was small and light on olives and crumpled feta cheese.

Grear experience! I had a pick 2 meal, greek salad (they make it fresh so didnt out in olives, yay) +meatball pie but sub pesto sauce add sausage. It was delightful. Employees were great, someone even brought out my salad for me and came to check on us. One caveats was that my fiance’s pizza was mixed up with someone else’s but they made him a new one. I love the customization and the optional garnishes at the end! Giving it a 5 bc the pizza was dreamy, but noting i didn’t like the greek citrus vinegrette much, i only tasted oil

Tried this pizza place as we moved to Bridgewater lately and was quite amazed to see the options available here. It’s like a subway of pizzas. We ordered 3 pizza with all individual toppings choice. The crust is quite thin and tasty. We enjoyed the whole ambience and the sitting area is clean. They have outdoor seating also.
