As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They are SO FAST! We had a great experience at Checkers when we grabbed lunch through the drive-thru. The burgers, chicken sandwich, and fries were all fabulous and the customer service was outstanding. They prepared everything perfectly and did not miss anything in our order. Everyone enjoyed their lunch.

Their outside dining area doesn’t look very appealing to the eye. Weeds, unmanicured bushes , and non swept pavers are the standard , it seems, that they are striving for here at Checkers. It appears that they could care less about their appearance to their customers here. Pull all the weeds in your flowerbeds at the very minimum! Trim the hedges to their flat tops as they were intended to be displayed. Take some pride in your establishment.

This place blew my mind! The meal deal was insane, the apple pie DELICIOUS. The food hot, fast even at 9pm! I don’t even understand how they were this fast and it tasted fresh? The cashier was super friendly too. I’m a super fan. The outdoor seating area was nice too!

Been here a few times, each time I waited MAYBE 60 seconds at most for the food to come out, the burgers taste fair for the price range, the garlic loaded fries are some of the best I’ve tasted, no inside tables though, but the outside seating area is kept fairly clean so you can’t really complain

First visit to this location, will definitely be my last.
The guy at the window was friendly and fast. Made sure he got our order right.
We decided to give the mozzarella sticks a shot. Didn’t care for them. Needed some marinara or something. (Wasn’t in the bag ) Live and learn.
Ryan’s Baconzilla was the sandwich he used to always beg me to drive him 2 towns over for.
My spicy chicken sandwich was ordered with no mayo. Which they got right… Unfortunately… I guess that also meant no chicken? It felt a little lite when I took it out of the bag. See photos. I don’t think I have ever seen a chicken patty that thin. Didn’t taste like anything either.
Left hungry.
Microwaved a Costco chicken sandwich when I got home.

I encourage everyone to use the survey code on your receipt. (Negative OR Positive experience.) Corporate did reach out and offer a coupon for a replacement sandwich.

Wow – was starving & too hot to cook so I ordered for delivery….my burger, really, is this a burger? I took 1 bite & the bun slid off – looks like someone else took a bite – eweeewwwww – yucky
So I did get a response from Checkers but the option to connect with anyone at Checkers is to select “delivery” on the link they sent to me. Then it takes me to the delivery apps which wasn’t the issue. It was the food I received that is the issue. So calling the toll free # doesn’t get me anywhere either. I even included a picture of my burger – it had nothing to do with the delivery service so, I guess Checkers doesn’t want to really address the issue – which is “The burger was no bigger than a kids happy meal burger & some of my burger meat was missing????? Looks like someone took a bite out of it!

Anytime we are in Frederick this is our go to fast food place. Banana Milkshake and apple pies are my favorite combo. Love the Big Burford and Mushroom burger. French fries are so good. The staff are friendly the food is ready fast.
