This place was amazing. The food was fantastic, and the service was great! For real, the most flavorful black beans side I’ve ever had anywhere. And it was my first time having Ropa Vieja. It was so good. I highly recommend this place. Celebrated my finances birthday here. Such a good time.

⭐ One star — not because of the service, but because of the management.
Our waitress was absolutely amazing — super attentive from the moment we walked in. She seated us quickly, took our drink orders, and brought everything out fast. We ordered pork chunks (masitas) because we had just returned from vacation overseas (UK — lots of fish & chips!) and were craving that Latin flavor.
Unfortunately, things took a turn. Someone from the kitchen came out and publicly called out our waitress, asking why she placed an order for pork chunks, loudly saying they hadn’t had them since Saturday. The waitress, clearly embarrassed, tried to signal that guests could hear — but the staff member didn’t care and kept arguing in front of everyone.
Moments later, our waitress returned with my chicken soup and, with a soft voice, let us know they were out of pork chunks. We told her it wasn’t her fault — we were just disappointed because that’s the main reason we came. She explained that on the weekend the item wasn’t available, but today (Monday) the system showed it was, so she assumed it was back. Totally understandable — again, this is on the management, not her.
She went to inform the manager that we were returning the soup and would just pay for the drinks. No one from management came out to apologize, offer alternatives, or show any care. Instead, they just blamed the waitress and sent her back to bring the bill.
For a Cuban restaurant to run out of a classic dish like masitas — and on top of that, fail to properly inform staff — is disappointing. But even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism and ownership from the management.
The only reason for the star is our waitress — she did her best. But management failed.

Got them to cater my party on 24th of December. Wife made the order ahead of time. I picked up. I only received half the order. It’s ok I know it was a hectic day. I returned and they had the missing items waiting for me. Very happy with the experience.

. The only thing they were consistent is that everything was bad. When I arrived, the order was ready texted me. It was ready. When they had me in the bag, shake was missing and I had to wait for the Crema Catalana.
The steak was full of tendons. The mango shake tasted like women’s perfume. And the dessert, crema Catalana had the sugar stuck to the lid. $30 out the window and they tipped themselves to boot. Never again

This is my new go-to spot. Seriously, I’ve been here twice so far and I can see myself being a regular. The service is GREAT (ask for Lina), and the food is FIRE! Absolutely amazing and great portions. Literally, no complaints. 10/10. Ill be back next week

Fantastic restaurant. Great food. Not much else to say. If I lived near I would eat here multiple times a week. Beautiful table bread, soft and fresh with a wonderful crust. The shredded beef was sublime. The rice and beans were without reproach. I couldn’t think of any way they can be improved. Plantains were nicely done too.
Overall this was a great eating experience. Someone I ate with said the Cuban sandwich was not that good but the fries were perfect. Service was good. We had a party of 10. Interior atmosphere is decent.
