My husband and I love dining at Asiana Restaurant! The food is amazing and cooked to perfection! The atmosphere is wonderful. The customer service is awesome as we are treated like royalty! I am a vegan so I am thankful that they have vegetarian and vegan options. We love eating at this restaurant on Christmas day!

Went on Dec 23, the place was very busy, with 6.30p reservation we still have to wait another 20 mins to be seated. The food portion is big and tasty but also very oily. Fried rice was rather plain though.

My review is specifically for the service we received. The food was good. We have been to Asians several times and have always loved it. Tonight, we sat for over 10 minutes and drink orders were never taken. We eventually asked management to assist and a few minutes later our server arrived and got our drinks and appetizer order. It took another 10 for our drinks to come but no appetizer was brought. No salad or soup was brought until AFTER the chef began cooking. Still no appetizer and we had to request refills on drinks/water. After our food was fully served and the chef began cleaning the grill, our drink refills finally arrived, with our appetizer, at least 30-45 minutes after ordering. The chef was okay and the food was good but he did not interact at all. We normally wouldn’t complain but it was a very expensive meal and we had to keep asking for assistance. The manager felt the best way to respond was to take off the automatic gratuity and not the appetizers that came after our meal was served. She screwed the chef in this process because I am sure the tips are shared between the server and the chef. When we told her we would rather have the appetizer removed since it came so late she said no. We waited at least another 15 minutes for the server to even take our card to pay the bill. It wasn’t even that busy once we were sat. We have been to Asiana several times and never had such a frustrating experience. The food was good as always but this was really frustrating considering how much we spent and how far we travelled.

We did the hibachi. First, our reservation was for 6pm we didn’t get seated until 6:45. Then we were seated with a birthday party family that didn’t seem too happy that we were there. There were 6 of them and 4 of us. My husband went to pull his chair up more to the table and ended up cutting his finger on an extremely sharp edge of the chair. He notified the hostess and they did give us a bandaid but didn’t offer a new chair. Then the food was cooked. Very very good. Once the chef offered the sake, my husbands favorite part, they squirted it in his mouth. He took a good amount. Towards the end of drinking the sake, my husband coughed a little, with taking in a good amount, like it slightly went down the wrong tube type thing. The other gentleman that I believe was the dad of the birthday girl, then complained to the manager that my husband purposely coughed on the food and therefore, his daughter wouldn’t eat it. The manager then came in and told us, infront of everyone that we would be paying for the birthday parties meal because he coughed. It was handled so unprofessionally and so uncalled for. Our entire party of course told the manager that’s not what happened. Because my husband got upset, understandably, the birthday gentleman then decided that the cops needed to get involved. My husband never even stood up or got in this guys face. He barely even said anything, just was upset and was trying to keep his composure, but the gentleman felt like their lives were in danger. Their words not mine. Manager didn’t apologize to us or anything. This was handled very poorly by the restaurant staff and was never needed to escalate to point where the cops needed to get involved. I couldn’t believe how we were treated. We will not be returning. If you do the hibachi, and are seated in the “private party room” watch pulling in your seat and don’t drink the sake.

I was only inside briefly to pick up a delivery. While waiting, I was publicly corrected by a staff member for being near an area with no posted signage. The food here is excellent, but the interaction could have been handled more calmly and discreetly.

We left after waiting 2 hours to be seated for a hibachi table. We arrived at 5:45pm we had 2 rounds at the bar and checked in multiple times. The last time we checked in with the hostess to see when we were getting seated we got a 5 minute warning and 40 minutes later we decided to leave. We’ve been coming to Asianas frequently and love the hibachi chefs but now after this one bad experience it’s safe to say we won’t be coming back. Loved the bartenders Fidora tho. The only positive thing I have to say after this experience.

Hi, I have to say I’m really disappointed. I found a sharp bone in my sushi, which honestly ruined my meal and made me worry about getting hurt. For a restaurant that prides itself on high quality, this feels like a major oversight. I shouldn’t have to be on alert while eating, and it’s frustrating that something like this slipped through. I hope you improve your quality checks because this isn’t what I expect or deserve as a paying customer. A piece of sushi and the bone for comparison.

We had Sushi and Soup today, not the Hibachi.

I love Hot and Sour soup, and they had a solid version of it. It was delicious and I’ll go back for soup.

We ordered a few different Rolls and they were fine, nothing really stood out to me as delicious. I’ll go back as it’s close to my house, but there are better spots for Sushi.
