This restaurant was the place of hubby and I first date, in NY 33 yrs ago. Food was disappointing but our appetizer was DELICIOUS(marinara sauce)the only time I thoroughly enjoyed my mozzarella sticks. Our server was server and the manager were amazing!

Great place – delicious, fresh, and hot food! And the service was good. We got a cheesy bread appetizer and it was so good and cheesy! And we got some personal deep dish pizzas and loved them. I highly recommend the farmers market deep dish pizza, which has lots of veggies. And the crispy bread pudding dessert was to-die-for!

I had a great experience at UNO for lunch. The pizza and salad lunch combo is a fantastic deal at about $11. The food and service were very good and the management was very friendly. With this deal and quality, they should be packed at lunchtime.

The cozy environment on a pre-Christmas day after an event in the area made for a nice sitdown meal. The staff was the special part of this chain restaurant! They were happy to make accommodations for some friends with special needs. This was only further accentuated by the on the ball top not service from Jacquelyn.
Our glasses were always full, our food was hot & served fast, and she had the right balance of attentive, but not too intrusive. In other words, great service.
If you need a break from the norm and want a pie that doesn’t quite fit inside the regular “pizza box” of expectations…an UNOs deep dish pizza might just make the perfect piece of Za for you, the family, or some friends.

We were here today for Lunch with the Easter Bunny— the staff and entire event were above and beyond wonderful. Everyone was so patient and friendly. Cute activities were provided at the table to keep the children busy. I thank everyone for their kindness and amazing service. Food was delicious as well!

We hadn’t been here in a while so we decided to go this evening for dinner. We had reservations, but clearly didn’t need them – plenty of space available.
The food is good, much like you’d expect from similar types of restaurants. The bar drinks are bar drinks… but they currently have a few alcoholic milkshake type drinks that are beyond delicious.
None of that is why I decided to write a review: the server we had, “Karla H” on our receipt, was a person. By that, I mean she didn’t act friendly – she just naturally was friendly. She checked on us a good amount of times, and corrected an issue when a drink I ordered didn’t come out in a normal time frame without me even having to ask. Plus, I could see she was a bit flustered by another table she had, and still was able to interact and laugh with us – especially after my wife ordered a beer and I ordered the pumpkin spice everything drink like some teen.
Honestly, the food and drinks and atmosphere are good enough to eat there on occasion. But the service is exemplary and why we are likely going to add Unos to our “rotation” for casual restaurants

Red head bar keep was super nice. Very customer oriented. Friendly smile. Prompt with food delivery and drinks. Food was ok. Would have been better with chicken. The atmosphere is in here. They used to have an UNO in Reading. It was not as nice from what I remember. I’d go back again. Think I was in there on Monday or Tuesday.

Well I think it’s beautiful in there! Stopped in there. Today first time we wanted to try out the food and we are a good distance from there, we walked in and we stood at the entrance for at least 5 minutes. Nobody even made an effort to come anywhere near us, no bartender, no one, even acknowledged that we walked in, so we walked out. We went somewhere where we got waited on the minute we walked in the door. And there was no one there was maybe two or three people there , so it’s not due to being busy.
