This place is busy but my family was welcomed in and the food was great. We laughed and had a good time, my family of 7 enjoyed their food and we had no problem. They even celebrated my son’s birthday without being asked. I love this place.

Review on Mina with carmelas in Beaumont.
Carmela’s food smelled so good walking in, that is always a plus. Great server, very clean right down to the utensils and floors. Lots of food on the menu to choose from and great red spicy salsa to accompany the very fresh warm slightly salted chips.

Our waitress/server was Senorita Mina Her service blew us away. She was sweet, attentive, a great listener, and satisfied our every need. I could tell she has been a waitress for a very long time. My husband has a tomato allergy, and she went out of her way to ensure none of the items served to him has any tomato products. He received two refried beans because no tomato sauce. He did not have any of the salsa, charro beans, or rice. Then I ask for cheese, and she brought it right away. Food portions were a nice size.

She made sure we had everything we wanted and needed and ensured our food was to our satisfaction. Thank you, Mina, for making these first-time visitors experience amazing and joyful. We will be returning in the future. Keep letting your beautiful light shine.

Ok food not in my top ten. Had the chimichanga with fajita and rice and beans and a small supreme nachos with shredded chicken. The queso was ok, nothing spectacular, could really taste it on the nachos. A little salty on the chimichanga. The nachos would have made great chicken tacos with some soft corn tortillas. Waitress was excellent. No music playing, kind of odd. Maybe because it was late but still it doesn’t take that long to hit a power button. Ok place to go

Stopped here on a roadtrip and gotta say it was really good. The chips and salsa were tasty and all our entrees were very, very good. The staff was extremely friendly as well. Would definitely stop back in here if we pass through this area again.

I usually don’t like Mexican food, but this has been by far the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! There was no wait when we got to the restaurant and service was very fast. Once we put our order in, the food came out within 15 minutes. The portions were quite large (which is great for leftovers!), the rice was very flavorful, the meat was very tender, and the vegetable soup is to die for!

The last two times I’ve went I’ve gotten pollo in mole dinner. My boyfriend got the enchiladas Verde. Both were excellent!

The only thing is I wanted a Jamaica fresca drink the last two times I went and they were out both times. So I just got sweet tea which was good.

Great restaurant!

Delicious, delicious, delicious. The menu was strategically designed to really keep the hunger undecided. So many nice and colorful dishes to choose in a pleasant folkloric place surrounded by a “family” help.

I just came here with my son for the first time ever. It was super packed. I honestly feel as if the place is over rated however. I do not want to ever come back. The service was okay but it took forever too get our food but again, it was super packed. The bathrooms were super disgusting. The smelled so bad, trash was everywhere and just ewww. The red salsa was basic. The queso was good. My son got the chicken tenders but I noticed a piece of like maybe a fried paper wrapper that was mixed in with them and his fries… that’s what it looks like anyways and that’s what I told him it was. I ordered spinach enchiladas and they weren’t at all what I was expecting and I wasn’t impressed. Overall, I hope yall have a better experience than we did.

Everything was ok. We got fajitas for 2. It was a good-sized portion. The tortillas were ok. We got Enchilads Verde. It was good but barely warm. The queso was actually tasty but very thin. My son didn’t love his chicken quesadillas.
