Very enjoyable experience and quick service. The employees have always been pleasant and helpful.
Really wish they would get the drive through menu board fixed to help the customers that may need visual pictures to order or know exactly how much they are spending before ordering. This would probably speed up the lines in the drive thru.

I come in here at least once a week and get the exact same thing. No issues whatsoever. Today was a different story. It was probably the most ridiculous encounter I have ever had at a fast food restaurant and I don’t expect much to begin with. I ordered from the kiosk. I ordered the same amount of sauce I always do. It said extra sauce $.00… I got my order and got only 2 sauces. Ok well that’s not what I ordered. I went up to the counter and asked for my sauce and the guy said any sauce will be $.25. I said OK well It didn’t say that but ok I went back to my purse and I got extra change then when I go to buy the sauce this red headed short hair girl with a pony tail that was sooo obviously high was now saying that she was charging me $.33 per sauce.fine, Ok so I gave her $.50 and said ok I’ll have one sauce then… she gives me a sauce and hands me a quarter back but when I try to get another sauce she says no. Apparently she doesn’t know how to count??? I literally showed her my receipt and said I had never had this problem before and I just wanted to know what was going on because this was bizarre. blamed it on me ordering ketchup counting it as one of my sauces… even though I can get it by where the drinks are for free. Literally nothing was making sense and it was the most incompetent experience I’ve ever had. Not going to lie, By the end of the interaction I was pissed. if the sauce is going to be extra, I have no problem paying extra, just tell me at the kiosk so I don’t have to go digging in my purse for change or atleast have a set price for it when I go to buy more. It makes me think someone is skimming off the top.

The red haired lady was very rude. She said if I put more than one kiosk promotion per person in on the kiosk then she wouldn’t give us our food. Haven’t had this issue at any location. We were super friendly. And trying to give them a heads up we were using multiple promotional items. Apparently they can’t handle sandwiches and drinks and fries. Pretty pathetic. Highly don’t recommend the owner or this employee. Unprofessional, rude. This location has been fine otherwise. The food and drinks were right and accurate. But we had to drive to another location out of the way to use my promotional deals that end on Sunday.

On 10/20/25 I ordered on the app and selected table service. There was an issue, and it wasn’t the first time. The first time was probably a year or so ago and I had forgotten about it until it happened again three weeks before the incident I’m currently reviewing. An employee brought me my food, but then another employee, Jordan, came to talk to me about the issue. I expressed my frustration with her about the previous incident I had just remembered and how the employee I had dealt with at the time didn’t want to give me my order. Jordan took this comment personally, told me she knew how to fix the problem, but wouldn’t tell me because she didn’t want to make me more mad. I explained that I wasn’t mad, just frustrated that an issue from a year ago hadn’t been fixed. She still refused to help, but said I would keep my food, get a refund, and she would help me next time. Well, next time came, and a similar but not exactly the same issue occurred. I went to the counter to get my food and Jordan was standing there telling the employee to give me my order. So I figured, different problem, not a problem, whatever. Sat down to eat, and she comes over with Brianna. They proceed to harass me about my order, claiming their manager doesn’t want to give people their orders when there are app issues. I ask why they did when Jordan was standing there, and they deflected by asking what the issue was. I thought it was ridiculous they didn’t know, they looked at my phone and Brianna proceeds to tell Jordan it was okay to give me my food. But then she tells me I’m not allowed to use the app any more and I have to order up front. I ask why their solution is to further inconvenience the customer (after they “apologized” for the inconvenience to begin with) and not fix the app. She just kept saying they didn’t control the app, but never actually answered any questions or offered to direct me to someone who could. She again told me I’d get a refund and they left, but not before Brianna said to Jordan “Some people just don’t know how to be nice.” I considered letting it go, but wanted to know what she was talking about, as I had not done anything mean like swear, curse, yell, or insult. So I go to the counter, ask what she said, ask for an explanation. She claims it was my “body language”, like the fact I remained seated and didn’t look at her (even though during the previous interaction with Jordan I was standing and looking at her). I attempted to explain myself and she just yelled “I’m not going to argue with you”. The deflection worked as my response was “That’s all you’ve been doing” and she then just repeatedly yelled “have a nice day” until I sat down. I thought that was the end of it. But Jordan comes over to the Playplace and yells at the kids for being over 10 even though the age limit is 12. The kids knew better, and I think she was trying to start another fight, knowing my kid was 12 and had previously used the Playplace. But I didn’t bite. Then much later, almost as I’m ready to leave anyway, the cops show up and tell me I’m being trespassed for a month because Brianna claimed I was “looking at her.” The body cam footage shows her continuing to make vague complaints about my body language and claiming that I was pissed off about the app not working and had done this before to Jordan. At the cops’ suggestion I did not contact the manager until the trespass warning ran out. They suggested I contact corporate, but customer service basically just lied to me over and over for a month, telling me the store manager or regional manager would call me. It also turned out I never got a refund from either incident, meaning there was literally no reason for them to harass me in the first place. I did finally talk to the manager, Juan, who apologized profusely for his employees, promised me it wouldn’t happen again, and told me he had no idea why customer service told me they had contacted him. I went back the other day, both Brianna and Jordan were there, neither one said a thing. No remorse, no apology. Terrible people.

Place is unbelievably inconsistent. Either orders are screwed up entirely or missing key things like cheese. I’ve called to complain and they either don’t answer or when they do answer they hang up when you complain to them.
Edit: I called to get my order fixed and they told me I could come by the next day and they asked for my name, I gave it to them and then tried replacing it today but they asked for a code I was never given. The manager wasn’t helpful at all and quite dismissive. I’ll probably stop going to this location.

This McDonald’s has a play place that my kids enjoy, a fairly quick drive through, and is generally clean. They provide jobs to the community and have been here a long time.
They cannot, for the life of them, remember to include sauces in the drive through. 90% of the time no sauce. It makes you wonder if they are selling it on the side. Oddly, it is made worse because they so dilligently ask about what kind you want. You wont get it. But they’ll ask.
UPDATE: Another visit. Food is fine. No sauces given again.

I ordered through doordash and called the store because I realized that none of the sauces I ordered were inside my bag of food. I then called the store to let them know of the situation so that they can be more careful with their orders in the future. why aren’t they putting all items that the customer is asking for in the bag? It is literally their job. Also, some rude guy that sounded girly picked up, he told me to contact doordash but for what? It was mcdonald’s fault for not bagging my sauces, It doesn’t seem like a big deal but it’s the service that threw me off, he didn’t even try to hear me out, he talked over me and hung up on me while I was talking. I was just trying to explain to him my situation and he seemed like he was already upset when he picked up the phone.

Picked up the other day to find that all the large fries were not even filled up. I basically paid for large fries, but got mediums. Total rip off.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal. Opened it and it was so flat like someone pressed their hand down on it. I then opened it and the lettuce was old, nasty looking, and the sandwich was barely hanging onto life. Lol did not resemble the pictures or commercials McDonald’s. Which, I know realistically they don’t. But they do usually look way more appetizing than this. Pictures says it all.
