The Leon Valley location off Bandera Road is a rip off. First and last time there. I ordered a combo meal my husband did also. The manager Andrew rang me up. I looked at my receipt noticed it’s all charged individually. And He said he couldn’t give me a refund, I’d have to wait 2-3 business days. But he’s gotta ring up my entire bill again and get charged again. So I’ll be out 90 dollars. I’m like NO!!! I’m calling corporate. Don’t get ripped off people… He also didn’t bother letting us know meal sizes aren’t just drink size it’s also made for more than one person so a large is actually a huge sandwich enough for 2-4 people. Andrew said well I winked at you, as if I were to understand that the large was enough for both. I told him his facial expression isn’t something I’m use to seeing employees do. I’m only here to get food and quality service. Yet it wasn’t achieved. Corporate should look into this particular store. It’s no wonder Andrew said don’t bother leaving a tip. He most likely pocket the extra up charge. With those individual charges.

I ordered the Albuquerque Turkey & it was okay.
I only tried Schlotzsky’s because of the T-Mobile deal which made it 0.34 originally would’ve been $10.xx for the small sandwich and small drink.
Flavor was 5/10. I don’t even think it was the right type of bread (supposed to be jalapeño cheddar) and I think some ingredients (roasted veggies) were missing which I didn’t notice until I finished the sandwich.
Customer service was great even though they couldn’t find my order at my pickup time, they were nice enough to still make it for me.
Overall it was good enough because I still finished it lol but I won’t go back.

We always enjoy coming here. The food is always consistently great. Service was better here than most we have been to. Yes they have good Sweet Tea! We shall return.

Popped in for lunch today and had an amazing experience! I got the turkey bacon sandwich, and it was super fresh! I also grabbed one of the cinnamon rolls that were made by Carlos in House! Wonderful staff, wonderful experience!

The food wasn’t so bad for my first time, but when we ordered the Cinnabon they were cold and hard so we asked for fresh ones she said she asked the manager and she said no cause they were opened, how are we suppose to know if they were even fresh to begin with, then she comes to tell us that they were made this morning (we got there around 1:30pm) I told her “ exactly “there hours old, but continued to say they were made this morning, and there was nothing they could of done, we didnt eat them, that was a waste of money down the drain! We’re never going back there again! Out of all workers I figured the manager would have had a better understanding !

I’ve been coming to this location for years and i have never been disappointed. I came in with my son for their pizza. My son ordered a pepperoni and double cheese pizza (9.49) and i had the meaty pizza ($9.99). These are generous size pizzas and they don’t short change you on the toppings. The crust is light and airy as it’s on a sourdough crust. Fortunately, they had a BOGO offer which made the experience even better. We have every intention on coming back.

Placed order online via company website. Food was expensive but good. Double checked reciept for costs … noticed a 0.95 Service fee. Not mentioned anyplace during ordering process. At the bottom of page it says you agree to terms and conditions. Guessing they tucked it on someplace in the fine print. Lost my business. Update: little red circle that says taxes and “fees”. Appears to charge a percentage of your total checkout price as “fee” varies. Says its to help cost of app … which I didnt use, and website. If it was right upfront I’d agree or disagree.

The flat bread California Chicken & Avocado is always excellent here. They make it perfect! The ladies in the front have good customer service and are always professional. The restroom was clean each time I’ve been here. The tea tasted great and the soda didn’t taste flat.
