I went in for a fish sandwich today during lunch. Please tell me why the fish was super dry, overcooked and stale. They made me pull up because I was supposedly waiting on fresh fish.. how is this fresh?! The tartar didn’t even help.

The quality of the food, service and store has gone down! The cheese was cold on my cheeseburger, or bread burger because I couldn’t taste the meat, the medium fry was more like a small fry in a medium box and the carpet in the lobby was just gross. Customer service was lacking, but that’s typical in today’s fast food service.

Food was good but the service was absolutely awful based on the dread head being rude and the complete opposite of enthusiastic. Please retrain him or fire him because no one should experience a bad day if they’re getting poor customer service after a long days work and just trying to eating out!

Horrible service. Woman with blonde hair did not care that the order was incorrect. I asked for a #2 sandwich, and she get me a hamburger. The sandwich did not come with ketchup. Although the wrap was covered with ketchup. The sandwich looked as if was returned prior. This is the 2nd attempt at ordering from location. I must say, it will be the last. The service at night is beyond unacceptable. Management should try to review it first hand as a customer.

We had to pull up and wait in the drive thru. The other customers wouldn’t pull up to the window behind us, so we pulled around to help clear up the drive thru we had our trailer attached. It was over 15 minutes to wait for 4 value meals. Our fries were half filled and cold, the burgers were not put together very well, not up to regular Wendy’s Standards in my opinion.

I don’t think they care what type of nuggets they give a customer. 3 different occasions I’ve order regular nuggets for my 7 year old to find half to them being spicy each time… obviously my kid can’t eat the food if it’s spicy so it’s a loss… sucks because we live near by and like Wendy’s just not this location.
