I’m not sure what has changed in the past month or so but over the past month I have had nothing but issues with this restaurant. This restaurant is located in a very small town with minimal choices for food options so it’s a place that I frequent more often than not. In the past month or two alone my experiences have just been horrible. At first it was just little things like wrong sauces, mid food, etc. things that are annoying, but you can get over. Today, however I ordered my food in the McDonald’s app 10 minutes prior to getting to the restaurant so I could go through the drive-through quickly and be in and out. However, when I got there, I was asked to wait at their second window for 5 to 10 minutes while five or six other cars behind me got their orders and then by the time I did get my food I was expecting fresh food for having to wait and all of my food was cold, stale, and disgusting And if you try to bring any of these issues to the managers, attention, (the African-American manager with curly hair that is), she will meet you with nothing but attitude and pretend like there is no issue and like they have done no wrong This McDonald’s has lost my business I will not be returning.

Worst Mc Donald’s I have ever been to. Manager is rude! Workers are nice. Only has a 95 cleanliness score. Do not go here they will forget your food (happened to me several times) and when they do they are rude.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s many times and have never had a negative experience… until now. During my recent visit (11/12/25 around 5pm), the employee working the drive-thru was shockingly rude. She repeatedly yelled at me when she couldn’t hear my order, even though I calmly and politely repeated myself multiple times. Her mocking tone and unprofessional behavior were completely unacceptable. I was genuinely taken aback by how disrespectful she was. It’s clear that better training in customer service and basic courtesy is desperately needed. After this encounter, I will not be returning to this location.

When i ordered my meal, i got my double quarter pounder that was supposed to be plain, but didnt get plain at all, it had on the original toppings and was even raw! I got my friend a cheeseburger as well and there was no patty with the buns at all. Bad food indeed, and is too slow to wait for food. (list of items are included in a photo, i did indeed get two double quarter pounder deluxe meals along with a extra burger, supposed to be all plain, but ended up being two that had toppings that wasnt asked for, and was raw in the patty. the cheeseburger i have mentioned, i sadly dont have an image of the evidence. 2nd image is the double quarter pounder.

Horrible. Dont waste your time here. Asked for receipt. Told to go to next window. At next window waited and waited then told the machine was down. Handed McFlurries that were absolutely soup and when I asked the woman shut the service window and walked away. My husband went inside for replacements and said the line was full of people with incorrect orders.

I wish “0” was an option here. I was in the restroom washing my hand and an employee flushed and walked out. NO HAND WASHING!!!!!! When I asked if they had a sink in the back she brushed my off! Do not eat here. That’s just gross.

I was given a burger that was cold and red inside. Horribly disgusting. It made my wife physically ill for hours. When I returned the door was locked despite a sign saying to come on in. The staff waved me to the drive through which I had just been through. The woman out front waiting on her food had been there over 30 minutes and no one had brought her food out.
I was given a replacement that was “well done” which i would have called barely done. The manager on shift at the time seemed inconvenienced at my pickiness and did not care. We will be driving to the next McDonald’s from now on which is a big inconvenience and major dissapointment.

You would think that McDonalds could figure out automation, but something as simple as a receipt threw off the whole system. I remember now that McDonalds is not a goodnplace to stop for something quick.
