At the drive thru I ordered a double burger and 2 medium shakes, a chocolate and an orange cream. The orange cream was gritty, then I got a large ¼” chunk of whatever the flavoring is. The chocolate was good. Then I opened the burger. We ordered Freddy’s Steakburgers through DoorDash, and it was fantastic from start to finish! The food arrived fresh, hot, and perfectly packaged—nothing soggy or cold like you sometimes get with delivery. You can tell they take pride in their food and quality even when it’s being delivered. The steakburgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were crisp and seasoned just right, and the Freddy’s sauce tied everything together perfectly.
Our order was 100% accurate, and you could taste the attention to detail. It’s rare to find a restaurant that puts the same care into DoorDash orders as they do dine-in meals, but Freddy’s definitely does. We’ll absolutely be ordering again soon—next time we might even stop in person for one of those amazing frozen custards! Highly recommend Freddy’s for anyone craving great food and excellent service, even from the comfort of home.

I love Freddys and come here pretty regularly and have never has an issue the food is great and so is the service. I did however found some pink in my chicken tenders tonight ): i havent had this issue before, i ended up just throwing them away this time. PSA to just check the chicken after you take a bite, hopefully this was just a one time accident

A great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. The staff is always friendly and is even nice enough to bring the food directly to your table if it’s a slower time of day which is much appreciated. Everything I have tried on the menu is good and generally consistent with other Freddy’s locations.

The best chain restaraunt for custard, hands down. Even beats out Culver’s in my opinion. The service is often great too. Any time I’ve arrived to pick up my order and they were running a bit behind they threw in a free drink for the wait.

I’d really say it was maybe 3.75 stars. There are two sets of doors to get inside so not exactly wheel chair friendly, good handicap parking and a decent sized parking lot. Everything was very clean inside, tables and benches were wiped down, counters were clean. A+ for that.
Food: I ordered the French onion steak burger that was advertised as a special. As you can see from my picture, it looks nothing like the image they show (and not because of added sauce.. sheer size). I did have lettuce and tomato added to mine but that should have made it look even bigger. The price wasn’t much extra than a regular steak burger but I feel I would have gotten a better value by simply ordering a burger and adding things. The bacon they spared was shaved so thin they could have just kept it and the fried onions were pretty nonexistent as well. The grilled onions were great.
Cheese sauce isn’t very good, chili was good, bbq sauce is great, and they have 2 fry sauces.
We were asked if we wanted a large order of fries and we went with the regular size. That’s a LOT of fries. My picture is our single order of fries AFTER two people enjoyed them.
Soda options are Pepsi products and tea.
Service: very polite and patient counter person and great guy in the kitchen. We asked for a few mods (lettuce, tomato, no pickle, ketchup only, etc) and everything was exactly as requested and incredibly fast.
I’d eat there again but I don’t think I’d go out of my way to do so.

Love the freshly cooked hamburgers and fresh condiments on it every time. The burgers are always juicy with tons of flavor. I like that they allow you to add any standard condiments that you want, no extra charge. The french fries are also awesome, always fresh, hot and crispy.

We have only been to a Freddys a couple of times before this and really liked the food, especially the ice cream, custards, shakes. This time we went to the Caldwell ID Feddys and we went there twice in two days. The first time, we had excellent food (shakes, chicken and burgers). The second time, while the service was still good, our burgers were a little pink in the middle and the milkshakes were runny. Like so runny that it would have been clear to the person making them, that there was a problem with the machine (or something!) Could not even finish them!! Is a shame to pay that much money for a shake that is not edible. Just seemed like the quality control was certainly lacking today (Sunday, September25th at 1224p). I noticed someone else (previous review) said their chicken was pink, so maybe even an issue with someone not following correct cooking guidelines, which is never good for business!
