So me and my daughter went to get some food at Burger King on Perimeter Dr. When we was there waiting on are food, when a women came in with street clothes on even house shoes on and goes to the back getting on the crew about getting this food out but they was trying to get the food out the women that was on front counter was help the lady in the drive through on something and the lady that came in the store got on the drive through lady when she was not doing anything wrong the crew that was working was sweet and taken care of the customers i just feel like the lady that came in was been very unprofessional no one should treat people like that. But the rest of my visit was great even the manager on shift made us laugh because the women came in sent the lady in drive through home and then she walked out and the manager on shift said why you going to come in and run one of my crew members off for.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location. The signage advertised Kids Meals for $3.99, yet I was charged over $5. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told the advertised price “starts tomorrow.” If a promotion is not currently active, that information should be clearly stated to avoid misleading customers.

In addition to the pricing issue, I was charged for a meal that I did not order, and one item from my actual order was missing. This resulted in paying more than expected while not receiving everything I purchased.

Accurate pricing, correct billing, and complete orders are basic expectations in food service. Unfortunately, this visit fell short in all three areas. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Ordered 2 chicken fries and 3 orders of a 8 count cheesy tots and instead received 3 things of chicken nuggets. It wasnt a complicated order and they weren’t busy kind of ridiculous that my order was incorrect. I could kind of understand if they didn’t have the items requested then the least they could do is to inform me of that and let me decide if i want to continue the order substitute it or cancel instead of just throwing random food into my bag and not tell me. Kind of bummed because those tots are awesome and to be honest the chicken they did give me was old and not fresh so i wouldn’t recommend this particular BK and dont plan to go back anytime soon. UPDATE: Contacted support to see about getting this resolved only to be offered a coupon for way less than the value of my order when I told them no I’d like a refund refused and said that they won’t refund the order so buyer beware and definitely don’t use the app since BK can’t resolve this I contacted my bank and will be doing a chargeback and have deleted my account for the app will NOT be eating at BK again.

Half dead looking workers. Had over a ten minute wait time in the drive-thru. Because I had to pull up and wait on Fry’s?. Why should I pull up and wait on fries to cook for 10 minutes. One lady come out and asked me if I got a diet coke. But they had already given me my diet coke. I can’t believe I actually left a long wait time from Arby’s to come to Burger King for an even longer wait time. Not again

This store is consistently giving big food to us. Like these hash browns. Usually, there are quite a few that are too hard to eat, but they look ok. Today, they all are dark and hard. I asked if I could get fresh and she said those are fresh, they just came up.

So I went two time hope that my time would get better well I can say it did so I went to burger king on 11/7/25 and the service was bad and very busy and you got one manager walks out and go smoke a cigarette while it’s very busy leaving all her crew struggling, trying to get food out and then my food comes out cold then I go back in on 11/8/25 at night and the service was much better and my food was hot and they got a manager on night shift that makes you feel very important and she make sure when you’re there you’re happy about what you either order in the outcome her name was Candace I would say when I went in at lunch time on the 7th was very horrible I would pick dinner over lunch any day at this store once again thank you Candace for the very nice customer service and making sure me and my family was very happy

skip this place. usually every other i get here any ways, the order is wrong, whether some thing is dry or cold, forgotten or made incorrectly. called up there tonight, lady’s tone was horrible. i was explaining, she wasn’t even listening and then cut me off mid sentence to say “what” i started explaining again, she cut me off again and said “okay, just come up here. Come inside” so my husband comes back up there, they had no idea i had called apparently then gave him the toppings to the burger that was missing in a separate bag to throw on top of the cold burger they had originally gave me messed. he obviously wasn’t going to argue any more with them, but this was the worst customer service i’ve encountered.
