Not quite how I remembered Fuddruckers from back home. It was like maybe this location has a limited menu. Everything was kinda pricey and I probably should’ve chosen a different option. Anyway, I’d do it again whenever I make it back.

Hey fellow travelers. My family of 7 stopped here traveling home and it was hit for all of us including the 2 kiddos. Fresh hot made to order food and delicious milk shakes. We all liked the burger topping bar so everyone got the perfectly dressed burger. The fries were seasoned just right and the chicken tenders were amazing. The staff was friendly too. I’m happy we stopped here and will definitely return on our next vacation. Reasonably priced too. Kids meals offered at a lower price.

This is a pretty good spot considering it’s at a Travel Center. The people at the order counter were very nice and took my order professionally. I ordered a single cheeseburger cooked medium. It was cooked to order, and it was perfect. The toppings bar was very well presented, and the whole thing just struck me as a well managed operation. These people care about the customer experience. Since the burgers are cooked to order, the wait time is a bit longer than other fast food, but to my mind it’s worth the few minutes extra time at the rest area. Prices were reasonable value considering the quality.

A great place to get a great burger in Savannah Richmond Hills area
Fuddruckers as a chain has gone through a lot of changes over the years. Starting in 1979 it evolved to its current form of 51 restaurants in the United States. This particular restaurant is inside the TA stop on the southwest side of the I95/US 17 intersection. Normally I would not recommend a truck stop restaurant but this is truly an exception. Parking is in front of the store. The restaurant is sandwiched (pun intended) between the store and a Popeye’s restaurant. It has it’s own entrance. Order is done at the counter from a menu along the back wall. The staff was very friendly and professional. You give them your name for the order and they call your name to pick it up at the counter when complete. There is a condiment table and a separate “fixings” table. The prices were reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. They hamburger and fries were excellent. There are several seating options available from high tables to low tables to booths. The tables, floor and area were all clean. Overall, it was an excellent meal with pleasant staff at a good price for a lot of food. I would recommend this to my fellow travelers.

Finally found one of these not closed down permanently so I could try it. Loved the toppings bar, burgers were awesome to get “medium” instead of just cooked the way we cook them. Nice and cheesy though the cheese was very expensive. And the entire burger was very very expensive. So expensive that I’ll never come back, it puts you in a category that I can be like well I had that it was pretty good but not worth $30 for a burger. And very messy unfortunately you’re not going to eat this and drive. You better park.

Stopped in for my first time on a road trip today. Cashier was super sweet & answered all my questions without sounding annoyed the kitchen staff was great & communicating well behind the scenes. Every staff member was wearing a mask properly & the restaurant looked super clean.
I got the medium burger with cheddar and loaded fries & grabbed some chicken tenders & fries to have later. Burger was a bit greasy for my liking (only bc it was messy) but it tasted delicious and was cooked perfectly. The tenders are enormous! Breading is perfect & the meat is tender & moist.

I ordered ahead but still ending up waiting 15 minutes because the counter person was making one milkshake at a time. Salad was supposed to have avocados and didn’t. Burgers and chicken tenders were good. Fries were mediocre, they are baked not fried or battered. Got 2 burgers, a salad, chciken tenders and a grill cheese and it came to $72! I don’t mind paying more for quality but this wasn’t it

Rather big disappointment, spent $90 on a family of five… Expected a premium burger experience. We requested well done, all came out overcooked (borderline burnt, black and crispy) and so salty we could barely eat them. The cheese was almost baked into the patty. It was all rather strange. Since just passing through and pressed for time we just ate the fries. Would not recommend!

Glad to see this location is still open. Even though it is a smaller version it hits the mark. Came in at 5:30 and had to ask someone to come to the register. The large burger is two patties. It is very clean inside. Even for the truck stop location. Burger came out well done when I requested it med rear. But it was still juicy and flavorful. The top is bar was very fresh and well stocked. The condiment counter was clean and tidy. The steak fries were cool end seasoned wonderfully. I have stopped for gas here a dozen times in the past 10 years and my first time at this Fuddruckers and will be back. PS… unsweet tea was spot on but the lemonade was bad.
