Raising Cane’s is a treat in our house. It’s a 25-minute drive, and I’m usually the one making the run, but it’s absolutely worth it. Our go-to order is an unchanged *Box*. The chicken tenders are juicy with a light, crispy, flavorful coating. The fries are crisp, the toast is always soft and perfectly toasted, and the coleslaw never disappoints.
One note: a single Cane’s sauce is not enough—*The Box* is a two-sauce minimum.
It’s fast food, but it’s the kind that’s consistently good, filling, and really hits the spot.

There’s not a place in the northern burbs of Austin that provides a better late late night meal than these guys. Even their ice, and sugar cane sodas are a nice addendum to great tenders w/ homemade dipping sauce. The refreshments are noticeably of a different quality than regular fountains from other stores, and the grades received by the steady clientselle are markably better than regular ole fast food. It’s not much a price mark difference either. Nothing against McDonald’s, but I’d much prefer raising Cane’s to any of the choices we have here in the suburban Bliss that is north of Anderson Mill. The staff is usually more than willing to help, but they do seem a little overworked around midnight or later, well maybe not overworked but they seem sometimes a little short. But they seem also to be more than capable to handle any problems that come up and they keep a for the most part clean store and that’s why so many customers are return patrons. These guys do a good job

Normally Cane’s is great!! But not tonight spend $40 on trash. My son found a hair on his chicken tender, garlic toast was hard and dry, and French fries were cold.. Will not ever go back..

Canes is one of those restaurants that is consistent in all stores. Same food and great service. A great place to eat every so often. A great value for the 3 finger combo.

I love this Cane’s, and tend to frequent this location cause I work in the area, but I unfortunately had a weird experience today. I placed a mobile curbside order and chose the ASAP pickup time. I drove to the restaurant, parked in the curbside spot, then checked in right on time (right after 1:30 pm). I ended up waiting for my meal in the curbside spot for just over 20 minutes. I wasn’t in a huge rush, but was worried my food was getting cold, so I decided to swing through the drive-thru to see if maybe I could just grab it from them and go. I told the lady at the speaker I was picking up a curbside order for my name, and she told me that all mobile orders had to be picked up inside. I mentioned again that it was a curbside order, but before I could mention that I had been waiting on it for a while and just wanted to get my food, she cut me off and told me I needed to park in front of the store for curbside. I said “Oh okay, thank you” and pulled around the drive-thru, then parked in the exact same spot. All of a sudden, someone came out with my meal! The guy who brought me my meal was super sweet, but my food was pretty cold. My main reason for leaving a review for my experience today is so maybe someone at this establishment might keep a better eye out for the curbside orders. I totally get that stuff just happens sometimes, restaurants get busy, and computers have the tendency to go down, so I would really like to believe my interaction was linked to one of these options or something similar, rather than my order just being ignored. 🙂

Our first experience at Raising Cane’s and the chicken sandwiches we ordered were moist and crunchy, just how we like it. Unfortunately, it lacked in seasoning and flavor to us. The sandwiches looked great but the taste did not match the look of the sandwiches. Maybe a more flavorful sauce or more seasoning would work better on the sandwiches.

We ordered two extra coleslaws and did not receive them but we’re charged for them. We asked for extra ice in one drink and instead received zero ice in that drink (The ice is a main reason we come here). We asked for ketchup and hot sauce and did not receive any at all. One box combo had a very small portion of fries. We also did not receive straws. This all happened on the same order. It was truly a horrible experience.

Noah was very attentive, friendly, courteous… exactly the kind of service one would hope for! Thanks Noah! Food was exceptional! This was my first time. My dad brought me here and he and my mom used to love to come here before she passed away. This was a great experience during an otherwise trying day so we are very happy and this is a very nice neighborhood and the store was clean and the food came out quickly and exceeded our expectations we will return again and again!
