Just say it. You don’t care about customers in the store. As I stood at the counter for 20 minutes I watched drive thru orders crank out the window. Meanwhile nobody’s making my mobile order. Nobody come to the counter to ask you if you need help. Just trying to beat the drive thru clock. Its crap. Canceled my order and left. You guys gave up serving people in store a long time ago. Message received. I’ll stay away. Restaurant was empty by the way. Being busy is not an excuse.

I ordered on the app at 832pm, waited inside the restaurant for half an hour, received my food, which was wrong, at 907pm. My burritos had onions and red sauce, which I ordered removed, and I added and paid for extra cheese and sour cream, which I did not receive. I live 2 miles away, and I will never go back.

Possibly the best service I’ve experienced on a consistent basis in a food establishment always had good fresh quality food limited issues and amazing help when resolving small occasional issues every food place should use this place as a bar to reach for 5 stars !

Crunchy Taco Supreme and a Burrito Supreme is my go-to combo. They are nothing like tacos and burritos that I’ve gotten at Mexican Taco trucks down South, but for fast food… it’s pretty good.

I don’t get why corporate doesn’t step in. Morning and afternoon it’s always good but most of ur business is making more money at evening so shouldn’t you get ur best crew? Order was right but simply asked for sauce and I don’t keep sauce at home. Asked at the window and of course no napkins ans no sauce. The simplest of requests. And need to mention most night orders are wrong so I try to avoid evening crew

Manager at this store is always rude and nasty. Refused to switch out my cinnamon twists for nachos even though every other employee always does and I can do it myself on the kiosk. Avoid this store just so you don’t have to deal with her nasty, lazy attitude.

Everytime I go to the one on Belmont the employees are either ignorant or they don’t knw what there doing a the food is always a problem. This is the last time I will ever go there. Absolutely worth the wait! The food was hot, flavorful, and stuffed to the brim—every bite was perfection. What really made the visit unforgettable was the customer service. Raina was beyond amazing—friendly, fast, and made sure everything was just right. She’s a star! Will definitely be back.

This is supposed to be a chicken soft taco. Nothing here and shell was stale. Chicken soft taco is discontinued but for an 80 cent upcharge you can get chicken instead of beef. Notice no credit for not getting beef. Done with Taco Bell.
