Okay el pollo what is going on with your food ?? Are the chickens on a diet? We got the two price with sides are salad had no dressing ? The flour shells were hard the chicken had no chicken on it with? Mashed potatoes were cold . We had to pick up a pizza from Pizza Hut . This isn’t the first time !!! I got a taco shell salad , had four four small pieces of chicken ??? This salad cost me 15 dollars because I add more dressing done done get it together !!!!

WORST experience i have had at any el pollo loco ever!!! i asked for 3 tacos al carbon with cilantro only and a vitamin water. i get this almost every day. when i got to the window they asked me what my drink was again and i said vitamin water and they said they don’t serve vitamin water (i get this literally every day) so i asked for a sprite instead even tho i didn’t want it and the sprite they gave me had a bug floating in it and asked if my tacos were plain and i said “no they were cilantro only” and then the worker just threw a handful of cilantro in a bag instead of just putting it on top of my tacos like i asked? i have pictures of everything and honestly none of the things i saw the workers doing seemed up to code health wise. it is dangerous and DISGUSTING to serve people food and drinks with bugs in them and i see it’s not the first time when i look at other google reviews. this place should be shut down 100%

If Anthony is not the manager, please make the manager because he’s so nice. He had everybody smiling and laughing and I was feeling very down. I’ll be honest and he bought my spirit right back up and I felt like I could literally go on again so please always remember Anthony if he’s not the manager making the manager cause he’s very very nice at what he does place the clean everything bubbly.

The food was amazing and fast. It was hot when I received it and the service was phenomenal. The only issues I had were all the black mold and leaks that covered all the air vents. The vents were blowing this mold towards my food.

Stay away from this place. I got food poisoning after eating here. I was vomiting all day, couldn’t go to work, and had a headache, nausea, and fever. When I saw the condition of the restrooms, I even considered leaving, but unfortunately, I had already ordered. The food was the worst I’ve ever had. Extremely disappointed and concerned about the hygiene standards.
